Just watched the older guy with long grey hair berating a young girl for talking to people outside of his store. I heard him lie and say that she went in his store and pulled customers out. I watched the entire thing, she did no such thing. Not to mention he was in her face with no mask. Though masks are supposed to be mandated in the mail. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

I dont mind the new hours but they need to update their website at the taylor, MI store.. it shows that they are open right now and its 11:30am.. I'll wait but would have been nice to know this change instead of putting the new hours off to the side of the doors.. why not POST IT ON THE DOOR ITSELF !! so people can see it and MAKE IT BIGGER!! you literally have to get out of your car to read the hours!! other than that i like this store!!

Cool store, really liked at first, was drawn in by the stranger things t-shirt, cheap product, the woman was extremely rude. If I return it'll be to return the shirt because I regret giving them my money after she literally disrespected me to my face and just by talking on her phone the whole time I was in there.

The old grey hair guy is rude and to busy with his face in his phone to help customers, he won't last in business with service like that. He advertised 30+ different colors and only has 3 black,white and gray.

Did some Christmas shopping here and found a nice shirt that I wanted to purchase for a family member. They didn't have the size needed on the rack. I found some help after searching around and was told "we probably have it, but it hasn't come off the truck yet." This did me no good. When I made a purchase of a different item, the cashier was not super friendly at all. Seemed kind of frustrated with having to work. The store was however fairly clean and well organized.

JC Penny's is the worst store I have ever had the misfortune to go in. My daughter was visiting, so we went into Franklin Park Mall. We had a really great day, then we went into JC Penny's. I don't know how they are still open. There was no one in at all that we could see. The staff we saw looked disinterested. My daughter wanted to look at a handbag that was chained, we were stood there for about 10 minutes, so I looked around for a member of staff to assist. I found one, who promptly told me I'd have to wait for the person who works that spot to come back from wherever she was. We left. Absolutely the worse service ever, rude staff, lacklustre store. I can see why everyone shops on Amazon.
