I am writing to you as a resident who lives close by your dealership. I wanted to bring to your attention the constant horn beeping that occurs on your premises, which has been quite bothersome and annoying for the surrounding neighborhood.
I kindly request that you address the issue and remind your staff to refrain from excessive use of car horns.

My name is Audrey Baty, I was very disappointed in the service department I took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation they told me it would take about two hours so I go home and they call me within a hour to let me know my vehicle was ready to be picked up so I asked if the rotation of my tires were don, he says yes. So when I get home I wonder how could he have rotated the tires when I had the lock to the wheels with me all the time. So I go back the next day and he tells me oh are you sure it wasn’t in the glove compartment no it’s right here sir in my purse so of course he takes the truck to have the tires done now well I guess he did who can you trust.

It was such a smooth transition to get a new car here! Andrew was the best in getting me into a car that worked for my budget; I definitely recommend this dealership!
Also had a screw get lodged into my tire and Andrew got my car in the air and done within an hour! Service does not get better than that ??

Mike has been extremely helpful the numerous times i’ve leased a car from him. Always goes the extra mile for his customers . Recently had service request but needed a loaner in return and he personally dropped off a loaner to me to make sure the experience as quick and easy as possible . I really appreciate all your efforts .

Taylor Ford is hands down the best place to get a vehicle! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chris Titus and I’m happy to say he’s hands down second to none! Sales department so great but service department is garbage. Made an appointment for a simple oil change on a vehicle I lease from them and it took 2 entire hours to get my car done, which is absolutely ridiculous.
