Taylor Collision is a business with integrity. The owner KC, is phenomenal. His team provides excellent customer service and an overall experience. I had issues with my vehicle from an auto accident from Dec. 23. I returned the vehicle to see if the part was under warranty for the issue I was experiencing. KC personally handled the repair and I forever grateful.
I am a customer for life.

Taylor Collision is a first rate company from people answering the phones, the guys in the shop, as well as the owner. It is a family run business and they make you feel like family. They are very patient and will spend what ever time you need in order for you to make an informed decision. I have had body work done for decades and this shop is one of the best in eastern Michigan. It has extremely competive prices with high quality work, a win win. My first experience using the company and it is by far a couple cuts above. I scratched my car when I was watering my grass and Taylor Collision Center came to the rescue! I’m extremely pleased with the results. The staff was very professional and friendly from the moment I arrived. They took the time to assess the damage, the turnaround time was quick, and they buffed the scratches right out of my car! I have attached photos so that you can see for yourself, the scratches are completely gone. It looks as good as new! What impressed me most was their attention to detail—not only did they fix the scratches, but they also made sure the surrounding areas were polished to perfection.
I would highly recommend Taylor Collision Center to anyone in need of cosmetic repairs or bodywork on their vehicle. They truly exceeded my expectations!

I highly recommend this center. Initially, I took my damaged car to another collision center and I had very bad experience with rude staff and lots of issues in communication. So I contacted this center based on the positive reviews, and they brought by car from the other shop for free and took care of it very well. The car looked great after repairs, and in addition, they changed the rear break pads and removed several scratches on multiple locations (which were not related to the damage) all for free! The owner has been awesome as well, making sure that customer is satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this place!

Let me just start off by saying worst experience I ever had. Could you imagine calling a shop about your car something that belongs to you and you continue to get the runaround everybody that you talk to there has a different story or I even called and I was told they don’t know where my car is. I also was told hey let me figure it out and I’ll call you back and never hear from them again until I am the one that’s calling. My car was there for two months. Could you imagine calling somebody about your property they’re acting as if you’re bothering them I guess because the insurance money was approved that as a person I didn’t matter. When I talk to the Shop Owner, there was no understanding in the solution. I was just cut off for her to say “Hey, I called you yesterday about your car” and when I explained that I called back and that the guy that answered the phone told me that he will call me back that day when he had my keys in his hand and he still did not call me. Or receiving a phone call at 4:40 PM telling you that you have to come pick up your car. Make sure that you turn the other car in because it needs to be turned in as soon as possible but we close at 6PM. No consideration about what’s going on in somebody else’s life when all I really wanted was somebody to reach out and keep me updated. I was constantly calling the shop day after day getting told different things. One time I called I was told my car was in paint obviously I always have to call back and check in this time when I call back my car was in body don’t let me tell you how many times I called and it was getting detailed. Overall, this experience was terrible and overwhelming. Yes I have spent money with the shop before so they have made plenty money off me so I’m confused. Why was it a problem of me trying to figure out what’s going on with my car? Why was it a problem for somebody at the shop to reach out and let me know. Why is everybody at the shop not on the same page? Why is it OK for someone to call and check on their vehicle to be told “which one” “oh I don’t know where that’s at” “oh we have so many of those kind of cars here” Let me check and I will call you back but never call you back. I would never go back. I learned my lesson. I would never recommend nobody to go there. There’s a lot of other collision shops on telegraph please go there to at least have a piece of mine.

Absolutely impressed with the Collision Centre! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional. Hyder was very professional and supportive and he thoroughly explained the repair process and kept me updated every step of the way. The quality of the repairs was top-notch; my Ford Explorer looks new. I also appreciated their prompt service and attention to detail.
