The rudest saleswoman I've ever encountered would not help me would not explain to me what was wrong without a major attitude and did not care that I walked out with nothing she did not help the person in front of me either they left with nothing she just got repeating the same thing over and over

Zo and Denise are fabulous! The entire experience was great. I added a service and upgraded a phone. Zo and Denise were educational without being pushy which is a fine line but they have it down to an art! They even brought up benefits that I did not know that I had access to. Truly T-Mobile is fortunate to have them representing them! I will be back to this location.

Terrible don't even want to work with you went to up grade my phone and they said I had to pay my bill that isn't even due until next week when it's set up already to come out and they don't even want to work with you I guess it's time for a change with the 4 phones I have through them just terrible ?

Went in today for a simple iPad transfer and they were unusually busy but the staff was so nice and friendly and made sure to accommodate everyone in a timely manner and polite manner.. the person that helped me i don’t remember his name but he was cool and helpful!

I stopped in today to replace my screen protector. Tiffany changed my day around with her sweet, beautiful personality ? My last couple of interactions with t-mobile hasn't been good, thanks to her I'm a happy customer again ?

In july/27/2022 i bought a new line with a brand new google pixel a.This phone has a factory defect, it freezes stop responding.I thought it is a software issue and it will be solved with a software update, but it is getting worse.I can no longer bear this problem, every day it freezes 2-3 times that's really annoying.

Tiffany was my rep last night.She is so personable, kind, funny, and downright eager to help! We brought an issue to her that most representatives would brush off and claim they couldn't help. Not only did Tiffany address our concerns with politeness, she was tough when she needed to be to get the job done. She has the best mix of friendly and assertive. Experiences like this give me faith in the world. Maybe since people like Tiffany exist, it isn't all so bad. My fiance and I couldn't stop talking about what a good experience we had here. My brother is a rep with another service provider and I am telling you that if I had to pick between the two of them, I would sell my brother out in a heartbeat for Tiffany. Thank you for being so amazing!

Purchased a phone 2 days ago and released there was a minor scratch like dent on bottom of phone that wasnt caused by myself. Went back the day after purchasing but they closed early for new yrs eve understandably however when I went back today new yrs day to let them know and I was advised it was nothing they were wiling to do and to go through my insurance because that’s what i have insurance for. And the supervisor said he would send a picture of the phone in a group chat to his coworkers to see what they thought and apparently he got a text back saying they agreed I have no idea but if they’d said give me another phone he would have done it. So I have a damaged “brand new phone”. Luckily after calling customer service and explaining the situation they are shipping me another phone. I’ll never come back to this store or recommend them.
