Overcharged for 10-12 dollars worth of stuff charged me 25 dollars better off going to any other gas station.

The person in the store would not put $12 back on to my husband's credit card even though we only pumped $18 and we paid $30 on my husband's credit card upfront before pumping. It's like they stole from us. What is worse is that they did this to a Speedy card carrying member.

I came in on my lunch break with a coworker on 12/08/2023 at 1:50 pm to purchase a couple items the cashier was very rude ,and disrespectful l ask the young man could l speak with his manager he never called the manager to assist me with my complaint l felt very uncomfortable and disrespectful to the fullest l will never come back to that place of business until the employees get trained in a professional manner ???

Very disappointed with the service my coworker and i received today 12/08/2033 around 1:50 pm. A tall, young man served us and he was very very rude. He did not make us feel like valued customers. If we werent on lunch at work we would have walked away and went somewhere else if time allowed us to. Not happy at all.

Maybe if more of the gas was in the pump and less covering the handles of the pumps maybe more stars would be given. But at 2am on my lunch break I dont have time to waste washing gas off my hands. But then again sloppy is the downriver way.

I'm a hit or miss when it comes to gas, honestly it's the staff for me. the two gentleman with glasses and the brunette and the young anime brotha, all worth a convo if your that type of community person, stay blessed✌
