Jordan has to be one of the worse people to deal with at this location. Jake is always helpful and kind, but I always regret stepping in there when I see Jordan. Every interaction I’ve had with her hasn’t been good. She refuses to help or answer any questions I have, has a horrible attitude, and just isn’t a nice person. This used to be my go-to location until I couldn’t handle her disrespect anymore, now I only go there when the shop I go to is out of what I need and it’s dreadful.

Guys are always sweet, and accommodating. The only place we use to supply our paint for customers. Everyone is friendly and they get you taken care of quickly.

I had read how these guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had better experiences at the big box stores.I already knew of the higher prices from other reviews, but the cost of two gallons of middle of the road exterior paint was still more than expected.The store had only one other customer who was looking at paint samples, so they weren't rushed. I brought in a quart of Behr paint for a sample color match. I got the paint mixed to that color and paid the $100+ bill.There I was, with 2 gallon cans of paint and the quart I walked in with. Was there even an offer to help me? Even hold a door open for me? No. The "helpful" salesman just kept looking down at his register. I left.When I got home I realized my $100 cans of paint didn't even come with a stirring stick.Sorry Sherwin Williams, I'll not be back.

Great selections on paint and all the accessories- brushes,rollers etc. I prefer Purdy which they carry. They adhere to social distancing. Staff very helpful and courteous.
