We built are house 7 years ago. With in the 1st year 7 window seals went bad. They will not come out to fix them. The glass sliding door leaked water into the house. Took them over 2 years to fix it. When the sliding door was installed it was very hard to open. Now my kids can't open the door. Now it is costing me 8000.00 dollars to replace it. My in-laws used them too. Same problems with window seals. If I could I would have gave them 0 stars.

I was recommended Royal Tech from my neighbor once Wallside windows quoted me over 10,000$ to replace the glass in 6 windows. They replaced my windows for a fraction of that! Not to mention how swiftly they did it as well. I would drop my windows off in the morning and have them back before the afternoon. Highly Recommend!!

Took a couple windows that had bad seals to Royal and they replaced the glass and resealed them in the same day. Very pleased with the result and the price.

My mom had two windows installed. Within 2.5 years they became difficult to open. Year 3 harder to open. They jammed in the track. It want the pistons as they tried to guard when I called the company. They would only come out for $150.00 and any "repair" cost would go up from there. I got the distinct feeling the company owner or manager was blaming the customer for any window problems. Do much for warranty for the expensive windows. We do not recommend anyone buy these windows.

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. They were HORRIBLE from the day they got our down payment. Once payment was made they stopped returning phone calls and emails and when we could get them to answer our calls (usually at every 4th or 5th try) they were nasty, rude, lied about order status, told us to stop calling or it would be another 2-3 months. We were expecting our 4 windows (not a huge order) to take about 8-10 weeks. We placed our order in June 2022. We started to check on them at week 8 for a ship date, then week 10, then 12 then weekly. After 18 weeks and still no ship date - they said by the end of the year sometime - we filed a claim on our VISA card for fraud. Originally VISA said we had a good case but Royal Tech lied on the last week they could respond and said our windows were done and we were not responding to them (NEVER called or emailed us!) and they were just waiting for final payment to ship them. We lost the claim and our $2500 but that's better than the nightmare of getting them and then enduring what some of the other reviews went through with wrong fit or warranty issues! I can't believe they are still in business! RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!

Royal Tech replaced my windows, they did a great job. I am so pleased with my windows and the blinds in between the glass. Love them!!!

The product is good, and my special order was on time, but when I had an issue with the new door wall not lining up to make the screen door close properly, I was told that it was the installers that messed it up- The ODD thing was that the owner C Smith actually helped me install it. I was told that someone was out at my place of install and that they confirmed the bad install- of course that employee did not know on the door, did not leave a card and was not seen by any of the 5 adults that lived at the house at that time- I dont even know how he got through my locked back yard ? I have 2 dogs. In A NUTSHELL , they do not honor warranties. After recent visit to fix my door Wally he staff was knowledgeable and very professional, as long as I get treated fairly I will use them again , that being said, too bad I was charged to repair the door wall that proved to be the flaw that described 12 years ago. Other than that everyone else who worked there treated me with respect and consideration.

They will make up any excuse for reasons why their warranty is not covered. Scam. Read previous reviews, they shouldn't even be in business

Worked here for a week. Decided it wasn't for me. Went to get my check a week later and they won't pay me! They will be taken to court very soon.
