I can't recommend this place to anyone. Repairs took 13 days to complete when the estimate stated 6. To be fair, I DID have them respray the front bumper so an additional 2-3 days would have been fair and made it 9 total. (Although they did NOT remove the bumper, they sprayed it ON the vehicle). I paid for, and was told that they were going to paint the ENTIRE rear hatch and they only painted half. They broke a lift handle on the rear door, 2 screws ended up missing on my license plate and there were imperfections in the paint that they DID apply. If I could leave 2 1/2 stars I would, but 3 is too many.

Always polite and professional.
Always puts up with all of my questions since I like to learn the process etc.
I’ve only had one minor issue that came up and before I could even say anything they were on it.
Great business.

I am so appreciative of Rony’s Body Shop! My son’s Ford Escape had a faulty check strap in his driver door. The door made an awful sound when opening it and he could not roll the window down. It was a common problem, but not on recall. The cost to repair was very significant. Rony’s was able to repair the door for a fraction of the cost and very quickly. Such a great job! I highly recommend Rony’s as they went above and beyond to get the job done!

I am extremely impressed with Rony’s and the work they do. I have used their body shop twice for damage repairs to my car through my insurance, as well as has my son for repairs on his vehicle years ago. They are professional, efficient, price fair for the job, and communicate up front any delays or problems with getting parts, and have never disappointed on the completed job or color matching. They keep us updated throughout the process, especially if a rental car is involved so we can coordinate pickups and returns. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience from the start. Friendly staff, fixed my minor collision issue very quickly. Price was very much reasonable as initially discussed. Honestly, i have no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Rony's.

My husband went there to see if they would work on his car they said no after his accident. We just went there the other day to see if they could just paint a hood for his car they said no. My brother went there to see if they could do some minor work for him they said no. Don't worry we all won't be back

Can’t say enough about this body shop. Family owned and ran and you don’t find better people to take care of your car needs. Top notch service, well skilled body fabricators, skilled painters and just all around great shop. They don’t overcharge and try to buckle and dime you. Definitely recommend. Just picked my car up yesterday and very happy with the front end work from where someone hit me.
