They put a new Rainbow in the mall with changing rooms in it. If you knew that the policy doesn't allow you try on clothes, what was the point? I understand they shut them down during Covid but this is insane. Rainbow. Do better.

Customer service could be much better, like some of the clothes.

The customer service wasn’t greatBut the store it’s self clean & pretty stocked I drove here from 3 hours away but most likely wouldn’t return to this location due to the poor customer service experience
