Was told to visit the branch by PNC on line services to replace card, although the lady was sitting alone with no other customers in the branch she would not help us without an appointment. She was very rude about it. Drove to the branch in Plymouth and they took care of us. SMH...

Sooooo my company has a business account with that company. I absolve all the original staff, Jeremiah, Becky, all of them! There's one person named Shawn there who I don't see often, but for some reason he just gave me the worst attitude on this particular day. He wasn't smiling, wasn't asking about my day, wasn't asking other questions a teller would. I'm a manager at my job and take great pride in seeing others display a good amount of Profesionalism, especially when dealing with other businesses. I really hope Shawn has a better day, but man... that is NO way to treat customers. He was cold, and I didn't feel welcomed there... there's honestly no room in a professional setting for people who let their emotions get in the way of work. I know businesses don't really care about bad reviews, but as someone who is a manager for a retailer, this is some of the worst customer service I seen in a long time.

Rude customer service from gentleman banker. Choose to go to a different branch even though it's very inconvenient for me right now.

Last night's someone went on a little shopping spree at my expense, and I was notified of what happened. I called the bank to let them know, and they said it may take five business days to put my money back, but it was back in about an hour later. Thanks PNC!!!!

I wish I could give this bank ZERO STARS!!!!! VERY SLOW TELLERS!!! HALF HOUR WAIT WITH ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS IN LINE !!! I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!

Need more tellers or something . Want to cash a check and it takes 20 minutes !?! Really ? There was no one else at the drive thru when I pulled up . It happens all the time !

Unprofessionalism really bothers me. First starred at me as i was walking through the door like i didn't belong instead of greeting me....immediately starting questioning me like interrogation instead of friendly assistance. 3 bankers doing nothing. All three wanted me to wait 15 mins to open a account, first time I've ever been told I had make a appointment to open a account.
