This PNC Bank is hands down the greatest. I walked in the lady greeted me gave her my ID and she got me scheduled to see a bank associate and both Managers were going to wait on me. I was able to o replace my debit card in less than 3 minutes

My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me.
This is what happened during my last visit.
One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself.
I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customer's.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service.
I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back.
The incident was actually the status quo here.
I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!

Currently in line at the bank. I’ve been here 15 minutes. One girl working the counter including the drive up window while 4 other employees sit at their desk while helping no one. Lobby full of people waiting for the counter girl.

Was told to visit the branch by PNC on line services to replace card, although the lady was sitting alone with no other customers in the branch she would not help us without an appointment. She was very rude about it. Drove to the branch in Plymouth and they took care of us. SMH...

Sooooo my company has a business account with that company. I absolve all the original staff, Jeremiah, Becky, all of them! There's one person named Shawn there who I don't see often, but for some reason he just gave me the worst attitude on this particular day. He wasn't smiling, wasn't asking about my day, wasn't asking other questions a teller would. I'm a manager at my job and take great pride in seeing others display a good amount of Profesionalism, especially when dealing with other businesses. I really hope Shawn has a better day, but man... that is NO way to treat customers. He was cold, and I didn't feel welcomed there... there's honestly no room in a professional setting for people who let their emotions get in the way of work. I know businesses don't really care about bad reviews, but as someone who is a manager for a retailer, this is some of the worst customer service I seen in a long time.

Last night's someone went on a little shopping spree at my expense, and I was notified of what happened. I called the bank to let them know, and they said it may take five business days to put my money back, but it was back in about an hour later. Thanks PNC!!!!

I wish I could give this bank ZERO STARS!!!!! VERY SLOW TELLERS!!! HALF HOUR WAIT WITH ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS IN LINE !!! I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!

Tellers are really nice!
Sometimes a little slow, but this is because of the customers individual needs that take up most of the time.
