I still paying for a lemon that was sold to me. Oil leak that been happening before purchasing the car. Now I have to replace turbo and all the stuff underneath. If you don't know about vehicles please don't go they are not truthful. Fyi drove the car told Roy issues and I trusted he was being honest. Yet I hope honestly he don't treat his daughter like that.

Bought a 2011 Infiniti G37x with high miles from them to use as a spare 6 months ago. Almost 4,000 miles later the car still runs extremely well. Zero problem whatsoever! I did have to bring the car back three times to have them replace the brakes as promised. I would have gave them 5 stars if they had simply replaced the brakes from the get-go as promised. However, I think they are actually good people trying to make an honest living. I would give them an OK and no more than that.

I purchased a vehicle from the 2 years ago, during the early peak of COVID. As a car novice, there is the slightest need to trust a licensed car dealership slightly. That trust was SORELY misplaced & I would NEVER patronize this dealership again. Upon delivery, 1 of the key fobs was declared missing at closing (not before). Assuring me that they'd get me a new fob within a few days, I took them at their word. They did NOT deliver on that promise. Further, although I did the usual cursory examination on the car, I did not crawl underneath to look for leaks-not that I'd be able to determine what any flaws were that were not obvious anyway. Hence, the basic amount of trust that comes from being a licensed car dealership. My car had catastrophic issues that started about 2-3 weeks afterward. I dumped thousands of dollars into the car to get it roadworthy over time. You assume a risk on a used car, yes. But my mechanic found 'band aid' fixes on several items on this car. My advice? Do not EVER patronize this place! You WILL regret it!

Awful customer service …. I let them know I gave 5000 cash and they offered a broke down Buick.. never offered to finance to get more options.. absolutely didn’t want to sell a vehicle. Rude and wouldn’t go there.

I’ve read most of the bad comments on this page. From a person that bought used cars in the past I’ve learned what to look for and ask questions. I’ve dealt with Roy and he was totally honest with me. And on top of that the vehicle I’m purchasing I test drove. You would of found all your issues during your test drive. I honestly believe every single comment on this page haven’t did a test drive of the vehicle they purchased. And be mindful your purchasing a used car it’s not a brand new car and wether new or used all cars have there issues over time and need repairs. All I have to say is do your research before purchasing

Rude... Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I called asking about a car for sale posted on various websites. Roy (I do believe) answered the phone.(Roy) Hi....Me - I'm interested in a car you have posted (said the car) and asked if it was still available.(Roy) yes.Me - can you tell me more about it. Like is it a good running car? Any issues?(Roy) come look at it.Me - I can not do that today will tomorrow first thing in the morning work.(Roy) sureMe - cool if it's a good car ill be paying cash can you hold it till tomorrow for me(Roy) no, if someone comes in and buys it today then I'm not going to go stop them.Me - oh ahhh can you call me if you sell it(Roy) nope you can call me thoughYeah.... Learn to be more professional. I have been around the dealership industry for a long time both as a sales rep and as an owner of a professional detailing shop.LearnToBeMorePoliteCould a made a cash sale, and being that we buy a new car often you could have had a good long-standing customer. Now you have a one-star review and a report to the BBB.Have a good day,I hope you sell that car today because if you would have been a professional salesperson you might have.

Dishonest and does not stand behind their words.Selling unsafe vehicles not fit for the road.Cars which have not been safety inspected or repaired. Cars which have had the ECU history and error codes erased without any repairs being done.Failing transmission, no rear brakes, wrong size tires for the vehicle, leaking oil, out of alignment and more. Do not put your loved ones into one of these vehicles.Consider yourself warned!Go to Carmax, you may pay a few more dollars but you can be sure you are not getting taken advantage of.

BUYER BEWARE! Please avoid this dealer, Roy sells bad cars and lies and tells you everything is good. I went to him in March 2020 pregnant and was interested in the Ford Edge not even 4 months later the transmission blew, axle is rusted, brakes, and oil need to be changed. Due to the pandemic I wasn’t driving my car as much when first buying it because of my newborn at home I was in quarantine. Then when I get back to work and drive it for a couple of weeks everything bad is happening to the car. He says call if you have any problems been calling for a year still no call back. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.
