Had to buy the galaxy 24 ultra across the street at best buy b/c of the limited stock of any phone there. Went to this place to get it activated. Guy seemed super helpful or so I thought. The guy took my new phone got on the computer. Asked me a couple questions including passwords. Then continued to what I thought was pick up my new phone and get to work. Nope! Couple min go by and he asked for my password again. Now I'm curious. What are you doing hiding behind that big monitor. I look behind the screen and he grabs his phone and hides it my new phone wasn'teven open yet.I said this was unexceptable why are you on your phone with my information Shady AF!I told him to put all my stuff back in my bag and he keeper saying were on camera!You stole my piece of mind! Now I have to monitor all my accounts. Who knows what he was doing between my passwords his phone and the company's computer!I get it! it was only 25$ for service for activation fee. But the trust you took from me can't be replaced! Every text I get I think it's an alert my accounts have be compromised.

Xavier was great. Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and speedy. The store was clean and the other staff that was present was great as well. I would definitely recommend this location.

Extremely friendly and amazing customer service, the retail representatives were all very professional and knowledgeable about phones and promotions. A very Chill environment, will definitely come back for any of my phone and home internet needs!!

The kids that work here are a joke nobody waits on you because they are to busy blasting the music and shooting rubber bands at each other why girl wanna be boy stand as their eating her plate of food ( that stunk) at the counter who forgot to train these kids how to work in a store they act like teenagers left home alone and dress like they was having a lazy day at home. Very unprofessional place of business nobody knows what they are doing and nobody tries to act knowledgeable just there to get paid why they play. Took my business and money elsewhere and got what I wanted.. Don't waste your time with this place it's a joke

Worst customer service in my life! Never been spoken too so ridley by some1 who doesn't even run the store.... smh and yes Dave I would love for you to contact me like you said you would. You have my information I've now been waiting 10 days for my son's phone to arrive??? Then your store literally just don't answer my calls??? But answers from any other number? How unprofessional

Came to Metro store to take off high security and manager - the only one that can do it - isn't in and was called. He said come back at 1p and he would be here, so I come back at 1 and the manger is not here and the employees are being rude about it like I did something wrong. When asked about the Manager the employee, would not give me her name and ignored me. I'm very disappointed in Metro t- mobile and ready to change service ?

If I could give is zero I would. Such bad customer service. Not only did they talk about me in their language (just so happens I understood) they almost locked out my account bc the guy couldn't put in the right numbers. Then I listened to one guy give three different prices to three different people. It's a shame that this place runs this way.

Just got a new phone thought it was bad .but no just their service they collect my 50 every month and my phone doesn't work properly without wi fi ..but anyways received a new phone which they stuck sum insurance extra on my bill and tried to say it was my fault .then the ear ring kid wants to laugh bout sumthing ...lmao

Always been very happy with my service. And I got what I paid for as far as service and phones. Sometimes an upgraded from an upgrade is a good thing. Might be worth every bit. Motorola 5G stylus 2022 is an great phone.. highly recommend. Motorola has been around in Ford Motor company since they came out. Radios, walkie talkies, phones, batteries and so on. Thanks Motorola and Metro PCS.. Will continue to support you.. very Grateful. Salvatore

If I could give metro Not just this one but the company itself 0 stars I would. They no longer do payment plans for new phones. Which honestly is the dumbest move a phone company could make for the prices you charge. And stated payment plans were through corporate stores which are being dissolved basically. You will be losing a mass customer base and your customer service in store and on the phone are appalling.
