This Pharmacy refuses to fill prescriptions that my doctor writes. They disagree with how he is prescribing my medications so they refuse to fill them. My doctor knows what I'm taking. He's the one prescribing the medications. He's the one to prescribe me. The medications and Meijer is the place to fill my prescriptions. Since they are no longer doing this for all of my prescriptions, I am no longer a customer after using Meijer for my prescriptions for over 30 years. Bye-bye Meijer

I honestly never take the time to leave negative reviews online, I work in customer service and also in the medical field, so i sympathize with others in similar professions. But this place? Just awful.. they treat you like you are a disgusting subhuman addict, no matter the diagnoses.
They filled my ADHD medication 2 days early for like 5 consecutive months. Never advised me it was a few days early, I literally did not even know, i usually just call it in when i see that i'm down to 5-8 pills and they always just filled it. They gave me no heads up that it could end up being an issue down the road once that cranky pharmacist has a bad day and decides to withhold them from me, nothing of the sort. I have taken my meds as prescribed - ALWAYS. I have anxiety about running out of them because it was very, very tough when the nation was experiencing the shortage of my medicine and I felt very sick from days-weeks of not having them. The pharmacist told me in May that "going forward, we will not fill your medication until the 30 day mark." So today is day 29 since my last fill. I leave for a work trip this evening. Figured I could pick up all of my mental health meds before my trip in one go to alleviate some stress from running out while being away from home. I called yesterday, spoke to someone who was actually nice, i was shocked! I asked if my medications xyz could be filled tomorrow (today) all at once so that i can be sure i have enough to get me through the trip. She "checked" on them or me and said "yes, those are both able to go through for refilling tomorrow, so just give us a call back in the morning and we will get everything ready for you at once." I called in the script today when they opened. I was told NO, Gotta call your doctor to have them change the refill date from 8/1 to... wait for it, 7/31. One singular day. After someone they work with told me otherwise the day before. So i did just that. Then i called back an hour later to make sure they got the updated revision from my DOCTOR. i was placed on hold by the huffy-puffy phone girl. Mr. Ray of sunshine pharmacist picked up the phone and told me that i need to bring in my plane ticket for proof and show it to him THEN i can get my meds before boarding on my flight tonight. ABSOLUTELY absurd, the audacity of this guy. i have the plane ticket. i do not owe him "proof" of anything! MY DOCTOR called in my revised script for today's date to help accommodate me, but he just wanted to embark on some power trip by doing this to me. This guy has ego issues and i know they are lenient with filling controlled substances within 1-2 days of the refill date. The vendetta this guy has for the patients who rely on medication is embarrassing and really not a good look for Meijer... If you travel often like i do for work, do not even waste your time with this place. The pharmacist is a complete jerk with a chip on his shoulder and takes out his misery on unsuspecting folks just trying to make it day to day and get the medications that help their quality of life improve. NO compassion, leniency, or understanding will be given to patients here. Dropped this hellscape pharmacy today for good. Don't bother.

I've had nothing but issues with the past 4 prescriptions I’ve had filled here. They can’t seem to charge the correct card for payment. They also substitute medication without asking, bill your insurance for the wrong medication and then refuse to help you get the correct one.

WORST PHARMACY,They told me my medicine would be ready in 1 hour 3 times . By the end of day they told me it wouldn’t be ready until next day . WELL they didn’t have it ready until 3 days later and by then my insurance was gone and I had to pay 600 out of pocket . I tried to get this done before my insurance stopped covering but Meijer pharmacy LIED and FAILED ME

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The fact that every time I try to get a prescription there is always a problem and I NEVER receive a phone call or text is absolutely ridiculous. I called to get a refill on a Thursday and tried to pick up the following Friday and got an excuse that they couldn’t fill it for some stupid reason but no one called because it wasn’t processed until I physically went to the pharmacy. I have tried to give them The benefit of the doubt but always leave frustrated. Again, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

There's nothing to really rave on a out here, it runs surprisingly well considering Taylor Meijer is quite a show... I don't ever have any issues with the pharmacy technicians and they are helpful. I almost didn't give 5 stars but that would've been unfair as I loath the main building they are in.... the pharmacy staff is swell though

I went to meijer's today. My prescription was supposed to be ready 5 hours ago and they were hurrying up rushing finishing it and in the end when I had everything together I come home and the most important thing. My 4-year-old's antibiotic ear drops were not in the bag that I needed immediately. So now the pharmacy is closed and I can't get his medicine till tomorrow and he has to go to school. This is the first time I've been using meijer's pharmacy and I will not be using it no more after I pick up my scripts. Worse experience ever at a pharmacy

Never have I had to go without my medications before until I used this pharmacy now I have to fight every month to get vital medications from them i.e. heart medications sugar medications ect. There excuse is always my prescription is expired and I have to call my doctor every month over and over. Where is my prescriptions when Mt Dr's say they've gave enough refills to get me from appointment to appointment you guys are idiots what is going on in this pharmacy

Usually good and can fill my prescriptions correctly. Saw a meth head buy 10 boxes of suphedrine. I thought they restricted that stuff. Maybe the cashier had a deal with the tweeker.
