Update...approx 40 days after purchase...
We ended up using the return policy because it didn't work out. The return process was seamless. The sales person was still on point.
However, the delivery this time was really poor. They went two houses down to a neighbors and our address is very noticeable outside of the house. There was absolutely NO customer service. They looked like a contracted company- cousins moving using an enterprise truck. Not one word spoken...no good morning or hello or hey we're here to deliver your mattress. They came in and oddly enough had no clue and looked completely dumbfounded on how to get our mattress upstairs in our bungalow. We are downriver...if you know the area this geographic location location is FULL of bungalows. My husband had to physically help and show them how to position the queen mattress to get it upstairs. They even seemed to lack to physical strength to really do that. They didn't pay any mind to how they moved the product, attention to walls or even objects nearby. These guy seemed literally stupid. As they walked out, there was no additional communication...have a good day, enjoy, thanks for your help. Ignorance at its finest.
As a business, you should be careful who you do business to move because up until now I had a great experience. I would still recommend your place but only to friends whose houses I know are larger without stairs. End of update.
Quality products in comparison to other furniture places we checked out. The. Sales person did not swarm or "pounce" on us. He asked appropriate questions...recommended 3 different mattresses and based on our reactions and comfort helped guide us to a great fit for us. We went with a Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR Adapt Medium. I traditionally prefer firm hybrid but this mattress seemed to be a good fit. AND if it's not, they'll pick up for a fee) to replace with another product. He threw in 2 pillows and mattress encasement.
Sales person provided answers to questions. Gave us time to talk alone. Shared personal experience with the variations for self and family.
Was patient, personable and wasn't "sales-y"; he provided tangible information in more of an educational or teaching way.

Had a great experience with both Rochelle & Cody. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about offering me the correct mattress. I was impressed how well they catered to my needs and answered all my questions. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy with sales, instead really trying to make sure what I got was a perfect fit. Highly recommended!
