Too much arch in the shoe. not enough stability. rolled my ankle continuously in my Sketchers memory foam. They stink and don't tie for us narrow foot ppl LOL. Held lots of dirt in the crevisss Of the bottom of the shoe. m

I have gone into the furniture dept 3 times and walk d past several salespeople and have never been asked if I needed any help, even though most of them were sitting around doing nothing, Ended up going to Gormans and purchasing a similar coach I was looking for.

Oh how I wish I wasnt in a passive frame of mind when on yesterday 6/11/22 I was attempting to utilize my Mothers Day gift card. The young clerk who rang me at the Mac cosmetics counter was friendlly and customer service focused. We had a minor issue in reading the code on the card...but she was eventually able to read it and successfully ring me. Fast forward to someone I will refer to as "Becky" sauters over to womens clothing seemingly reluctant to provide service. She attempts twice to ring my order when she encounters the same issue the clerk in cosmetics encounterd. I showed her my receipt in which the previous clerk jotted the code onto. She advised me to return to cosmetics because she cant figure it out. ...(I walked away mindlessly left not demanding that she gets assistance from her manager... and I return to cosmestics and there's a different clerk with a line formed. I threw the article up on a display...sorry you dont get to play with me or my money. Game over. Where oh where is customer service training? I worked retail from ages 16-18 yrs old. Never would I ever treat a customer this way!!!! Online shopping is the way to go.

Used to love Hudson's, Marshall Fields, and now Macy's. I'm sure I probably missed a name or two. Anyway, I prefer the one in Ann Arbor. Briarwood Mall Circle whatever they call it. To me that's the best Macy's. Our last trip there was a couple months ago to purchase gift cards for Christmas. I know being in sales at Christmas is hectic, unpredictable, and doesn't bring out the best in everybody but wow!! Rude, ruder, and rudest sales associates I have ever came across. I'm not saying they're all like that but the one we had to deal with was. The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because a sales lady noticed the rudeness of her coworker and tried to be extra friendly because of his unprofessional behavior. BTW he was a grown man not a teenager, not in early 20's or even 30's for that matter. If you're having a bad day please call off, quit, go anywhere that doesn't involve dealing with the public. I would give the lady 5 stars who stepped in on his rude behavior. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She came from like 2 counters over in cosmetics just to be nice. If it wasn't for her I would never go back. I guess it's not fair to rate them 1 star based on one persons behavior. Her behavior however I would give 5 *.

Tend to shop on line more now but not because of Covid- stores are dirty and crowded. Lines at checkout are always long because they are understaffed. This was a tradition in our family when Hudson's was on the marquee. Shopping then lunch- Maurice Salad and fresh popovers. Those days are long gone and Macy's is shutting down stores because they don't run it like a high end destination.

This place is horrible.... Tried calling about my package (the lady that answered had a bad attitude) they never told me it was lost in shipment. Then called customer service and they were the most rude people I've ever delt with... Never will I ever shop there again....

Went in there this holiday season to see what they had in terms of clothing for family members. While the staff is nice, it is still simply a dirty store. It is not at all what you would expect from Macy's. For the love of God, please invest in carpeting for your store. It is the same carpeting since you were Marshall Fields The ONLY good thing was that they seemed to have put more effort into the buy online and pick up in store program, and have less racks cramming the merchandise onto the floor.

Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!
