Great experience. Very honest, and will not try to upsell you a bunch of different services that aren’t needed. I’ve tried 4 different auto shops, looking for JUST a wheel alignment and was mislead.. making me think I needed much more done than I actually needed. This shop did my wheel alignment on my 04’ Town and Country, after months of searching for a shop that won’t haggle me. This shop did the service I requested and also saved me money by not doing unnecessary work. Thank you, this will now be my go-to auto shop.

Thank you to Mike and the team at Livernois. They fixed my car after other places told me my brakes were good. Full brake job, great price and they even picked me up when it was done. People just don't treat you this good anymore. Thank you.

Mike was very friendly and got my car into the shop the same day when my battery died in the extremely cold weather. I was able to get my car back the same day and his prices were very fair. I have found my new neighborhood mechanic. Thanks Mike!

Sent out an electric part for repair that he didn’t actually need to send out bc there was nothing wrong with it. He didn’t check the connection before doing this… the part sat at a fed ex for Almost 2 weeks leaving me and my kids with out a car. He kept saying idk what happened it should be here by now.. well I finally get the name of the company he sent it to and they give me tracking number. I got a ride to pick up my own package and got it to the shop .. then he Still charged me the extra money for shipping when it shouldn’t have been shipped out in the first place. Won’t be going back here. I feel like the least he could of done is tell me where the package was located and took off the shipping fee ?♀️

My 2010 Ford Flex was in need of some serious repairs, after just a few days they called me to pick it up and I must say I’m impressed!
I drove my car with a loud noise for a few yrs before I took it in for repair and when I drove it off the shop I thought I was driving a Lincoln lol.
I will never take my vehicles to any other place, price was very reasonable and they had me back on the road in no time.
Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Mike is a great mechanic, shop is usually pretty busy but I have been very satisfied with the work he has done on my truck. Honest and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

There were so many issues when we brought our car here. They kept providing a new estimate of when they would look at it, and it changed four times without notifying us. We had to do the legwork. This was a disappointment all around.

Great shop. Have a 2010 Taurus 245K miles. It broke down across from this shop. The parking lot was packed and as my mechanic of 30years retired I coasted to this place. Mike was fantastic! Diagnosed my issue and had a great understanding of the concerns balancing cost and possible related damage. Work was done timely and the car is running smooth
