They've started to exclude alot of items from using the 15% coupons and they also moved all the registers to one spot and added self check out next to them. I don't think they will be around much longer.

"My experience at Sephora inside Kohl's left much to be desired. From the moment I entered, I was met with indifferent and, at times, outright rude behavior from the staff. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for them to provide assistance.
What struck me as particularly off-putting was the sudden change in demeanor when I mentioned considering applying for a credit card. It was as if they were suddenly happy to engage with me, but not out of genuine interest in assisting or providing a positive experience. Instead, it felt like their enthusiasm was solely motivated by the potential for a sale, which left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer.
Moreover, the store's layout, though initially promising in its design for easy navigation, seemed to exacerbate the feeling of being unwelcome. The crowded aisles and lack of adequate space during peak hours only added to the sense of frustration.
While the products themselves were of good quality and the selection was decent, the overall shopping experience was marred by the disappointing attitude of the staff. Customer service should be the cornerstone of any retail establishment, and unfortunately, Sephora inside Kohl's fell short in this regard during my visit."
