Real bad experience, Billing and credit system problems, expensive!
Staff have no clue how to even use the app.
Disrespectful treatment, insignificating customers. It says you got a discount and I did receive multiple notes on my phone and email, nonevwas true or factual. Katy 5he store manager had a very nasty attitude.

Poor store customer service. Nice clean store. Very good and large online clothes variety that is harder to find at some other stores especially the Tall ones.
I went to return a couple of items ordered online, decided to return in store instead of mail return!. The return counter employee was rude and condescending. Maybe because I disrupted her phone session with her coworker, or she didn't like how I looked, or she doesn't want to be there? Doubt she deals with all customers like this and still working this job having to deal with people all day, unless Kohls and store manager don't care. Avoiding Kohls and recommend people return by mail, if need to return.

I'll always love Kohl's!!! I use my Kohl's cash to buy me an outfit! I received it from buying my Christmas gifts here for everyone! They always have a variety of things to purchase for everyone young or adults! Everybody enjoyed their gifts I must say! 🥰

The cashier was very attentive to us although our transaction was complicated. She also used a great deal of care in wrapping our purchases to protect it.
