Need an option for 0 stars. Ever since the school has started using this company it’s been nothing but a disappointment and unsatisfactory service. Got so bad last year that multiple parents received the wrong school pictures for their child(ren). Contacted the school, I was advised to contact Jostens because there were too many calls of complaints. Called Jostens to correct the issue, and got nothing but unprofessionalism and a problem that was never solved, so I never received one of my child's pictures. They charge way too much for very very low quality pictures. Very minimum options and the just pictures in general. They do not look professional whatsoever for the price we pay, you would think that one of their reps on site would help young children at least get their hair out of their face and pose correctly, but instead they take the children’s information sit them down tell them to smile and snap the picture as quickly as possible. I’ve had each one of my children tell me this every single year so far we have had to do retakes every year and hopes that the next one will turn out better only two be disappointed each time.My oldest is graduating this year and the school is ordering through them for cap and gown and after reading the reviews I am praying that we receive our items on time for graduation. Very disappointed with this company, and by the looks of the Reviews going back many years you would think that they would solve some issues, or at least strive to.

Decent basic photos. However I wish they would do more poses for different purchase options. They are missing out on more orders not offering different images.

I would give the company 0 * if I could.Charging shipping of $6 for every gown and cap order that is a drop bulk ship to the school. Shame on them. Three years ago there wasn’t a shipping charge.

I placed an order many months ago and still don't have it and it's almost May. I still have to have photos taken in the Cap and Gown that was part of my package with the photographer. Time is ticking away people. Ridiculous to wait til the last minute when you've had the orders for months. Try to contact someone at Jostens and it's almost impossible after 5pm. I work I guess I'm going to take time out of work to call and find out where my order is. Terrible

I gave them one star because there is no \\\"zero\\\" stars available. I paid an arm and a leg for a High School ring for my son, made out of \\\"iron\\\", cheap looking stone and material and the edges of the ring were so sharp it cut my son's finger. I tried several times to contact them via email because I want to keep track of my contact attempts with no success. They have the worst possible return policy. They are extremely expensive for cheap looking items they sell. Do not fall in the same trap I did. They are not a good company!

This is absolutely the worst company don't order from them caution I have been waiting on my son ring for 2 months and they keep changing the date when I will receive it.... Don't do it stay away from this company

I placed my son's graduation items order a month ago. I received 2 of 4 items. They said they'd resend my missing items then never did - THREE more times. I STILL do not have my whole order and graduation is next week. I've called a total of FOUR times and spoken with 2 managers who assured me they'd resend and follow up with me. NOPE. Never happened.

I placed an order for several items for my son who is graduating from High School. For one, I'm receiving items one by one instead of together. Secondly, I called customer service after waiting a month of not receiving my son's senior sweatshirt and senior bracelet and was told they delivered them on March 10, 2021. I advised Customer Service that I only received the announcements. I checked my security cameras and yes UPS only delivered the Announcements. I was told that they will resend the items but it will take 5 to 10 business days. I've been waiting on these items for his senior pictures. They will not compensate you for your inconvenience per the Superivor, Catherine. This is not good customer service.

Would not recommend this company to anyone, refused to put my custom text on the ring that I am paying for. I am a adult and paying to have it done I should be able to put what I want on it. And the owner only responds to the good reviews not any of the bad ones to try and help them.

I’ve been trying to get my high school diploma reprinted because I lost my original while moving to my new house and my school would only give me my transcript and told me to call these people and I’ve called every single number they have and no one has helped me the farthest I’ve gotten is that I’m supposed to call these two other numbers that the office is never open and they don’t ever return my call. so I can’t get My diploma and I can’t get the job I’ve been trying to get since I’ve graduated they have not been helpful in any way wish I never even graduated cuz now I have to do it all over again thanks for nothing ??Did I mention I’ve been trying for over a year and a half now

I would give 1/2 a star only because I actually had someone answer the phone. Long wait because alot of people are very unhappy.I special ordered my son's Yearbook way before the pandemic so no " Covid" excuses.They won't even deal with this complaint. They are actually blaming the School.I will keep complaining until I get what I asked and paid for. I don't want a refund I want what I ordered.
