Huge warehouse,great service,picked out sample brought it home, ordered carpet 3 days later,1 week to get carpet from manufacturer. Set up install for next week,so far seemless process.

I was very impressed with the quality in customer service from this company! Austin, was very knowledgeable regarding the products, Kodiak was helpful in the installation process, Eric was super for measuring, Jessica and Cecelia are amazing with following up and the installers were very professional! Delivery was on time and even corrected within the same day! I would highly recommend using this locally owned business! (I apologize for forgetting a few names and spelling.).

The service, carpet, and people at Joe's are top notch. I moved 90 minutes from the store recently. I have used Joe's for decades. It made me sad that I would have to look elsewhere for my flooring needs due to the distance. I called to ask if they worked as far out as my new place. The young woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She put me in touch with a salesman, Kodiac. To my surprise the salesman let me know that they would come out to our new place 70 miles away! The installation crew, Amod and Moe, were on time, polite, and their work was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Joe's Carpet on Racho rd in Taylor to anyone needing flooring.

Joes carpet services has installed carpet and flooring for my family for many moons!! My mother was discharged from hospital (dementia) and wanted to be able to walk on the floor without it hurting her sensitive feet due to to Neuropathy.. Joe had always done our carpets but she forgot!! Had lowes install and was heartbroken by the job done. I called Joe and explained and he was there the next day installing much better quality and seamless edges! I can’t thank Joe and his team enough for being there for my mom and making her feel at home and comfy!! -Chelsea DeAngelis & family
