Customer service was 10 out of 10 but recently I took my rear tire in to get changed and when I got it back, I installed it on my bike and noticed my rotor was bent. I know for a fact, my rotor was not bent when I handed it to them.

I usually always have a great experience with JP.
However after ordering a NEW ( BRAND NEW) unpainted gastank i was advised by the bodyshop that the tank was dented up in a few spots, I emailed AND called JP I was told by 2 ladies that the dents were normal.and I had to deal with it. Offered me 30 dollars off. I called back one last time before returned it. I spoke to a nice gentleman and he assured me. The tank had to be painted which I already know however dents are unacceptable on a new tank. He is shipping me out a new tank with a return label asap. My 4 stars is because JP should educate their employees on their policies. Rather then employees trying to ( prove me wrong)
