The people that work here are rude and have no idea how to be civil. I'll never be back in this place a day in my life and I feel sorry for people that bank here.

The atm stole $800, it gave me a error message and said my cash was being added to the machine for safety reasons and restarting the atm. Its been almost 2 weeks and 3 office visits and i dont have my money. Next is a better business report if something doesnt happen this week.

I sat there for nearly a half an hour before anybody even spoke to me and then they told me I needed an appointment just to open an account, because she was leaving to pick up her child that I would have to wait another half an hour to speak to somebody else after walking there so I went to the citizens Bank behind them and they were much more professional.

Opened an account online, and came in this branch with questions. The vibes are nice/nasty, and I felt rushed. I asked for a banker, and my concerns were addressed by tellers. I didn’t feel comfortable with asking all of my questions or being addressed by two employees at once.

I see why they have such low stars. Worst bank around. Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. I drive out of my way to avoid this bank now. -stars

Huntington needs to just shut this branch down it’s useless. Huntington was so much better when they had their location on Telegraph about 2 miles from this one. I’ve went to this one 4 times in the past month to either deposit or withdraw money from the atm and it is either not accepting deposits or not giving out withdrawals. I’m seriously considering changing banks because this one is so horrible.

Every single time I come here it’s an inconvenience! You sit outside the Line watching them all talk inside while you wait for somebody just to assist you ! No matter what to spend at least 30 minutes here they move as slow as possible inside and outside! Always rude. !! The point of a drive-through bank part Is is for it to be convenient and fast It is always a horrible experience

Never come here in fact I wouldn't choose this bank if it was the last bank on earth. Sad that the own customer service line says this location is trash. Sad that you can't even TRUST YOUR OWN bank. If you make a mistake with your JOB YOU should be responsible to take action not tell your valued customer oh well. Shouldn't be playing around with other peoples money SHAME.

Bankers are rude and avoid work.They don't answer emails in regards to active applications, they rarely answer the phone, they'll tell you to call the call center & when you do, the call center says that you have to go in the branch and it's just an endless loop.A lot of negative attitude and they don't seem to care about people that have questions about their financial health which is sad because that's how you get more business.Only good thing I can say is that the lobby is clean looking.

Stay far away from Huntington bank trust the reviews!! They took money out of my account to give back to the people who took it from my account to begin with, then made me provide evidence that it was taken without my knowledge from my account absolutely RIDICULOUS that my word against the scammers wasn’t enough. I also have an account with PNC and they would never let anything like this happen
