Sunbelt Rentals exhibits a concerning level of incompetence in their billing. Charges often have no connection to actual service dates, leading to erroneous and inflated bills. Correcting these issues is a tedious and drawn-out ordeal. My advice: steer clear of Sunbelt Rentals unless you’re prepared to deal with a flawed and frustrating billing system.
