Wrongfully told by Bonnie I did not need to file taxes this year and was sent out of her office within 2 minutes of our appointment.Went to make another appointment and they wanted to up charge me another $100 than my original price from my first appointment.Front desk lady gave attitude, also gave wrongful information, and advised I just get my taxes done by another place.This location and staff is NOT helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I advise to steer clear from this location.
