Worst experience ever. If you want your taxes filed correctly, I STRONGLY advise against using this location.
My husband and I usually file taxes separately but opted to file jointly this year. Although we specifically requested the same tax pro my husband used last year, we were assigned Tammy Yettaw. After discussing with Tammy we are filing jointly, we reviewed the return to the best of our ability and approved it. (Keep in mind we aren’t the tax pros here). We then discovered that she had filed our return with my husband's income completely missing. This mistake occurred despite our clear indication of filing jointly and our discussion confirming this over the phone prior to filing. As tax professionals, it should have been Tammy's responsibility to thoroughly review our joint return and identify the omission of the second income when that is what we are paying them for, no?
Tammy informed us that she would need to wait until both federal and state returns were deposited into my bank account before she could correct the error and file it accurately with my husband's income included.
Despite my repeated attempts to contact her on March 26th, March 29th, and April 2nd, leaving a message with the receptionist. I've only received a response after contacting the office AGAIN (April 12th) and speaking with the supervisor to explain our situation. We were dismayed to receive neither an apology nor an explanation for the lack of communication. Instead, the supervisor attempted to deflect blame onto us for the mistake when Tammy was the one who submitted my husbands income on March 12th @ 11:40am (the day after we submitted our joint return) after she requested to send his W2 to her (we have messages/proof of this).
In the end, our return was amended this weekend, with no communication or apologies following up and they charged us AGAIN. So they took a total of $425 from us for providing us with what?
All in all, given this unprofessional and negligent behavior, I highly discourage anyone from using this location. It's unacceptable to ignore a client for a month after taking their money and then blaming them for the mistake with zero apologies.

Brian is our tax professional. He is wonderful. He answers all of our questions and concerns. Highly trained and knowledgeable. He is also willing to accommodate your schedule. You can also reach him through the tax season if you need any help. He has been our tax professional for many many years and I would highly recommend him. H&r block at Southland mall is very professional and has wonderful service.

I would gave no stars.. My taxes person,Tammy Yettew. She is the wrost person alive. I have 3 disabled child and needed all of my money. No thanks to this women. I now have to do it over and wait even longer. She tried to steal money from me! I did my taxes online... She wasn't the person l chose. They recommended her! Which was a bad thing on there side. I showed her l paid and she keep trying to get more money from me. Which made me wonder how many people she done this too. I don't trust her and l think she will use my kids important for her on gain. If l see any thing out of place with my stuff or my child l will sue her and the company. Tammy Yettew you are a bad person and make that company look really bad. Because of her l will never come back. Ever until that women is gone. Who does stuff like this.
