Used to be the best home Depot around. As a contractor I'm in there multiple times a day. My customer couldn't fit some stuff in her vehicle and left it for me to pick up. They put it back on the shelves and told me too bad. Every employee I talked to including the manager were very moody and not interested in resolving the issue. I loaded up another cart so the customer can return to pay again and was told it can't be left for her it would go back on the shelves. Dont lose your contractor customers home Depot and my customer that has multiple homes that she remodels for sale is going elsewhere. I know I'm gonna go out of my way to go to Lowe's now and won't be donating to any more golf outing fundraisers

Purchased a washer for $850, and it did arrive on 6/11. Upon arrival, it was damaged, so they took it back and said that a new one would be here the following Friday. Then, had to call again when it didn't arrive, and due to "construction at the warehouse," it pushed us back another two weeks. Here we are on 7/12 with our washer that was supposed to be delivered today, and it has not. I want my money back at this point. It should not be this hard to purchase a dishwasher.

The lady at the register ruined my experience by accusing me of not ringing up items. I greeted her and She didn't speak . I knew there was going to be an issue. I will not be returning back to this location ever. Customer service is very important. This location is closer but I will travel to the telegraph location from now on.

Tried getting a washer and dryer. Was supposed to get it delivered, something happened with the driver. Understandable. When I tried calling back to see what was going on, my calls were getting ignored. Called from a different number and the girl answered right away. Was immediately rude on the phone. I tried picking it up, getting it delivered to a store, finding something similar in stock (they did have something in stock but not similar, but when I went in I was told they didn't and was only informed after I called to speak to a manager), and are saying the earliest they can do it is another week from the day it was promised. Canceled order and won't try getting appliances from here ever again. In stock stuff only. People just treating you like you're stupid when you are just trying to get the items you paid for and we're scheduled to be delivered.

My order was placed in a locker. So convenient and easy to use. Two options to retrieve the order, use the code that was sent to me and type it into the on-site screen or use the QR code to scan into the machine that unlocks the locker. Very simple and convenient. Didn't need to go inside the store. The lockers were in the entryway. Very happy with the ease of use!

Tried delivering a load the afternoon before appointment and receiving clerk said they didn’t have any pallets and would have to wait until the morning. Went on in and sure enough a stack of pallets right beside door. Here I’ll sit for 18 hours because he didn’t want to do his job a little early. Will be missing spending time with my dad an hour away and probably won’t make it home in time for Mother’s Day. A truckers life..

This is a shout out to the Taylor (Eureka Rd) Home Depot store and employee (Jesse Neumann), who without a doubt went above and beyond the call of duty.
We stopped at HD to purchase a matching HOME blind, only to discover it was out of stock, and after a quick search on my phone, not listed anywhere. I asked for help and Jesse took the time to sit down, make a few calls and found us not 1 but the 2 we needed.
