After having a very traumatic week health wise, my father received many new prescriptions over a four day period and one that was not financially feasible. Allison went above and beyond by being patient and kind while linking us with a resource that we were not familiar with to assist with the unfathomable cost. Her knowledge and proactive approach to assisting customers deemed her a miracle worker today and a special hero in not only my father’s eyes, but also to me as well. He loves this place so much and always sings their praises for the speed in which they fill his prescriptions, how wonderful the staff is, and how convenient this location is to get in and out of for those that have mobility issues. He’s been a loyal customer for over 15 years and will never go anywhere else for his prescription needs!Kudos: Allison is a true gem and HF Pharmacy in Taylor is so lucky to have such a wonderful human being on their team! son seen his doctor two weeks ago she did not want to give us his refill for his medication so she said she would call it in we are in the process of switching pharmacies last time she refused to call our new one and she has done it again the pharmacist has informed me she did call ask when I had this script refilled there which was never cuz it's new and then hung up so why won't I recommend them they can't do their job with children did neglect them and put their health in danger my son and I are now going to the Wyandotte hospital tonight because he is suffering from withdrawals thank you for putting my son and I threw this it is disgusting and yet no one gives a crap because nothing ever gets done about this besides me driving up there in person and throwing a fit which is ridiculous and this is some Trump s***

I called twice. I am still waiting to find out when do I have a appointment. The first one, I called and she told me that she will call me back , that was Monday, and today is Friday, I called again, and she said she will call back but told her about last Monday that she was supposed to call me back about when do I have a appointment and her reply is that they are very busy and did not have a time to call me back. Really? Poor excuse. And I am deaf and you are giving me a hard time.
