This place is fantastic . I have done plenty of shopping as well as loans at garners with absolutely no problems . The entire staff is friendly and helpful . Not to mention they are all very honest people . Highly recommend !

My Husband Called To See When Was The Last Day To Get His Item Because We Have Had Alot Of Family Issues This Past Month So We Forgot About It. The Man Made A Statement To My Husband “It’s Overdue & You Still Don’t Have The Money.” I Found That Very Rude Because You Don’t Know What Someone Has Going On To Make Any Statement Like That. I Called Back To Make A Complaint & The Other Guy Was Rude As Well. He Defended His Coworker Saying “He’s Only Speaking Facts” & Proceeds To Hang Up Because We Told Him That Was Rude As Hell. At This Point They Can Keep The Item & Sell It. We Will Just Buy Another One When We Can, Definitely Don’t Want To Do Any Type Of Business With Them. It’s Not Even Worth It, They’re Interest Rates Are Insane!! Would Not Recommend Anyone To Do Business Here. However, There Are Female Workers Who Have Been Polite & We Never Had An Issue From. I Recommend That If You Do Come Here, Talk To One Of Them.

Tall bald guy has a terrible attitude towards customers. Very arrogant, talks over people and constantly interrupts. He’s going to constantly make you lose business for the way he conducts himself, do better.

Came to sell a handgun, only been an owner for a few months. Guy asked me for my PSR, i got confused because i sold a CPX-2 SCCY to Opplemans without a Pistol Sales Record & i’ve never really needed one. Asked him to show me a picture of what he was talking about, guy just kept demeaning me the entire time. i eventually tried to walk away & the guy just kept going. I had 2 key points, 1.) i purchased my handgun as a CPL owner so i wasnt sure if an RI form was the same as a PSR as i purchased it outside of a shop. 2.) i sold a handgun without a PSR so i was confused if it was needed legally at any other shop. He eventually seemed a bit nicer in our final moments but as a first time customer i’m assured it will be the last. I was unaware guns were only taken care of before 4pm, i came around 5:15pm, he assured me i could come in the day after at 5PM & he’d help me. Again; he was nicer near the end. But the shallowness & argumentative behavior is abhorrent. His sister was pretty nice though, so for that i give some credit.

My husband and I came here to buy a wedding band, and were very happy with our experience. The band we bought was reasonably priced, definitely the lowest price out of numerous places we visited while shopping around. The jeweler resized the ring and it turned out great. We also got a ring set we already had fixed and cleaned that turned out great too. They got the job done in short notice also which we appreciated.

First start off nice, but turned sour when including the price. Tryed to bury me with his statistics of the store and having other people purchase his things. Totally was off topic. I went there to sell a Acer aspire that I bought less then 2 years ago. Bought it for 500$ guy offered what he thought fit best. I take a look at his in store inventory and he has overpriced goods, yes there good but at a over market value I would consider you sell someone your things as that's what I will be doing. And when I was trying to leave he pressured me into purchasing all his laptops which I simpled denied because his purchase price and the resale price in store was completely off. More then 200% profit.nothing was wrong with my items. The store just had ambitions of greed.would not recommend to a soul.
