7 days ago today I bought some really nice furniture from a really nice lady named Katie.6 days ago they delivered the furniture minus a piece that was missing from the love seat and they were unable to hook up the audio system. Today they made a 3rd attempt to deliver the piece and fix the audio. They still didn't have the piece and couldn't hook up the audio.7 days now of texting, emailing and talking on the phone about this furniture and it's not over yet.

They do not replace furniture damaged during delivery they will come out and make “repairs” and when I purchased I specifically was worried about damages. even with white glove and they said they would replace right away if anything was to come damaged so that was not upheld which is disappointing. I already do not trust them when I paid thousands it should be coming in perfect condition.

Went in to look at a sale couch, and looked at the set which was couch and love seat I loved both and was approved for finance, Sara was very friendly and not pushy which I liked very much, told her what I was looking for and the next thing my furniture was delivered the next day, im very happy with my furniture thank you Gardner white...
