As a bank, I wouldn't recommend. It's lacking. However, this particular branch has amazing people working inside. Danielle especially was very helpful and patient when my account was compromised. I wish Flagstar as a company would get their stuff together. The ladies that work at this branch are the only reason I stay.

They people in that specific branch are okay but other branches and the 1800 Cuatomer service they need to go back to school to learn how to deal with people I would say Rude is their middle name like they say. They are arrogant and have no respect for no one besides their rudeness and I professionalism that I found out about many times calling them as they really do not need to be business. I believe the U.S. Department of the Treasury, FCC or whoever in charge of their services nationally

Rude customer service. I wanted to close my account due to incorrectly billed fees and they told me I had to do it in the original branch in which I opened the account. Then another representative told me that was not correct. I still got the fees sent to collections. They were trying to charge me a fee for using my savings money and there was delay on their system to transfer the funds and apparently that caused a return item fee. If there are funds in the savings account, how can it cause such fee? No compensation for trouble was issued.

i really liked how the branch manager, who could not help me with a home loan, took my "vital" information and passed it on. So when the correct person at Flagstar did contact me, he knew why i was calling, what information he needed to start helping and everything!! it was great that i did not have to repeat myself several times, she briefed him for me! loved how Prepared He was for our call. I really appreciate customer service.

I’m very happy with Flagstar Bank and the people that work there or so friendly and knowledge of all I know I will enjoy doing business through Flagstar Bank. There’s service his top notch and it’s a very personalized experience when dealing with them. Oh they greet you they’re friendly and they know you by name. That’s some thing that is just unheard of in this day and age.

Great service, knowing I did it over the phone then I had to make a deposit through the drive-thru. Wanted to just open a checking account buy they offered a savings account and there are no fees.

This was with out a doubt the best experience I’ve had. The managers and employees all know me and I love it here. It’s a second home.
