I've used this location twice over the last 90 days. Once for printing documents and once for returning a rather large package. Both times the service was AMAZING!! Ladies thanks so much for the quality service you are providing.

Very strange experience. I went in and noticed everything seems to be self service? I was not familiar with that. At least 4 employees were all standing around while I was clearly waiting and looking around. Walked over to the other end of the store to ask someone what to do. All I had was a pre labeled box. Was told to use the self service station. Tried using the self service station, but my box was too big. Had to ask someone again to help me. Finally someone scanned my box for me. Seriously? None of the employees standing around could have done that? Just go to the Dearborn location.

I really appreciated the staff she helped me a lot The facts I agree is overpriced It cost me $28 something to fax 13 pages to an 855 number she had me put $50 on the machine to cover the cost and said the money would be put right back on my card that was not true It's been 24 hours and I'm still waiting for it to change from $50 to 28

I dropped off an express package at 3:20pm with receiptThey forgot to put it on the truck. My package was late getting to its destination. Go to Dearborn location instead.

They are not helpful, the girls all stand in back and just talk with each other. One employee showed any concern for the customer and that was Sheree, the rest were not worth whatever they are getting paid.

Absolutely awful. Customer service is piss poor and the experience picking up my package was awful. Why I had to pick it up was a mystery because I was home all day and didn’t hear a door knock or door bell. At the end of it all, the btihc at the front desk had a bad attitude and had the audacity to tell me how to order packages!!! I can’t avoid using fed ex, but if I EVER get the opportunity to go with anyone else, I will most certainly do that.
