I fell in love with the place but prior to move in communication was poor. Upon move in noticed a lot of things I didn’t like and wasn’t complete. Also Taylor is another Detroit, don’t let the distance fool you. Place seems a bit segregated. To sum it up, I just moved in and can’t wait til my lease is over to move out!

Worst landlord's ever... Nothing but a moneypit....If you do not pay entire rent by 14th, youre going to court and hit with extra $400 in fees. ALWAYS finding ways to fee you. Do not recommend, unless you want to be trapped into A MONEY PIT, making them rich!! Makes me poor and sick.

The communication is very unprofessional I been calling for weeks about my refund. Diamond was wonderful but it’s only so much she can do . It should never take this long to get my money back. Y’all denied me a month ago send my money .

I went in for a tour the other day and met Diamond for the first time after just exchanging phone calls and texting, and she was the sweetest ever!! She's extremely good at explaining things and I felt so comfortable around her. I've been searching for an apartment for some time and have been on many tours and none of them have been even close to Diamond? Thank you!

Communication is extremely unprofessional and downright disgusting to say the least. After paying an application fee, and deposit to hold the apartment, I was denied. I spoke to someone who said I was going to a get a refund in 2 weeks and then after two weeks I spoke to another person who said it would take a month. I have yet to receive a refund or even ANY communication concerning the status of it. Now the phone number on google doesn’t even ring or have a voicemail box. Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend!

Tammy the property manager was great with making sure I felt welcomed to Fairlane apartments and she also was very professional and can tell she cares about the residents.

Came in for a tour today and was absolutely blown away by how homely and peaceful it felt. Diamond was very sweet and informative. I will be so thrilled to call this my new home.

I've been a resident in the Taylor area for some time and stumbled across Fairlane Apartments as an option for family member whom are relocating to Michigan. I was toured by Tammy (who I later Learned was the property manager) and enjoyed meeting her while the townhome was lovely (the online pix don't do the Apartments justice) it was a little smaller than my family needs. The only reason they did not put in an application was do to the backyard not being enclosed with a patio/grass area it was a pleasure meeting Tammy and her staff.
