I recently had the unfortunate event of having to leave my car at the dealer for some needed services which lead me having to rent a car from Enterprise, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the office to the time I returned the vehicle, the customer service I received was top-notch. All thanks to Casey Bowdell!Casey was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made the rental process quick and hassle-free, ensuring that I had all the necessary information and paperwork in a timely manner. She also took the time to explain the rental agreement and answer any questions I had.The car I rented was in excellent condition and clean. It was evident that Enterprise takes pride in maintaining their fleet. The vehicle performed flawlessly throughout my rental period, and I had no issues or concerns.Returning the car was just as smooth as the initial rental process. Casey quickly inspected the vehicle, and the check-out process was completed promptly. I appreciated the convenience and efficiency of the return process.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with this rental car company. The exceptional customer service, well-maintained vehicles, and efficient processes made my rental experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rental car company to anyone in need of a reliable and professional car rental service.

Had a great rental experience but the inside of business smelt like a cat had been left in there by itself for awhile and you could tell the staff didn't clean a lot

worst experience ever first of all i called a head to request a specific car and they said they had it when I got there they didn't have it.then they had an expiered regerstration it was expired for 7months and when I asked for a refund they said they could only give me 10 dollars and I had to pay the extra 10 in the beginning because I had to get a more expensive car because of them not having the car I requested.

Best rental car experience of my life at Enterprise in Taylor, Michigan with Jason and Bobby. I had an usual order of 2 over-sized vans, and got everything easily sorted due to personal courtesy calls to sort things out quickly. Pick up and drop off was easy and friendly. I even got a ride back to the airport with friendly service!

The service at airport (Lucas Dr.) DTW ENTERPRISE is always great never had any issues picking up or dropping off always friendly and helpful especially Mr. Marco Kelly he made my day when I returned the vehicle!!! While picking up my vehicle my flight landed after hours so I was prompted to pickup from alamo the car was dirty on the inside and I also rented a car seat for my toddler. I received no help from the representatives there taking the car seat to the car in the middle of the night. But other than that enterprise was good to me!

I use to be a platinum member with them but now I wouldn’t waste or rent from enterprise ever again they don’t care how the vehicles drive they just put you right in them sad to say but I won’t even recommend a insurance company to call them for cliams neither

Not a good experience/service at Taylor location. Before I start the associate Bobby was very helpful with my questions over the phone. I asked if a pickup is available from the dealership to Enterprise. It was so I scheduled a 10am pickup. I did not get picked up until 10:31am. No biggie but that’s a red flag. Didn’t listen however. Once I got to Enterprise Taylor one of the staff took some basic information from me. This is a insurance rental so everything should be ready to go just credit card information etc…. I needed to provide. Ok here we go….. I was not offered the choice of available rentals at the time. When I asked what vehicles are available? The associate tried to give me the shuttle vehicle as a rental! He was literally scanning the barcode on the keychain without any offer to me about what was available or not. When I asked about available vehicles on the lot I was told that only 2 more vehicles were available. 2 of the same vehicle. The associate asked me what color of the 2 same vehicles did I want? I told him the red vehicle. He went to get the vehicle and didn’t even do a walk around inspection of the car. The back wiper blade was completely missing!!! It is supposed to rain today! Seriously? Super frustrating at the point but I was cool. I calmly asked if there are anymore rentals available at the Lincoln Park location. The associate called and I proceeded to do business with the Enterprise location in Lincoln Park. Josh and his team there took very good care of me! Josh even called me last Friday 9/23/22 after contact with my Insurance company and then called me to ask what vehicles were available and gave me rate prices! Outstanding service by the Lincoln Park Enterprise location however i transferred my reservation over to the Taylor Location once i realized it was a 1/2 mile from the dealership. That was a mistake on my part. Well anyway fast forward back to the Taylor location. After speaking with Josh at Lincoln Park I caught a 40 dollar Uber from Taylor to Lincoln Park to get the service I deserve! And my car I selected was waiting for me! At least I was given a option. By the way as I sat there very frustrated at my experience at Taylor location the staff proceeded to play rock, paper, scissors to see who goes to lunch first! What about the customer sitting here? Unbelievable please don’t rent here. I am a Store Manager and my team would have never behaved like that! Unprofessional to say the least. I never give rough reviews but this was warranted. Do better team!
