I took my Range Rover in to get a new brake line due to a leak. I must say, this vehicle service was top notch. The owner, Butch kept me informed of the progress and what needed to be done. I definitely would recommend this vehicle care service. Mike also was fantastic.

I can't recommend this shop enough! I was referred by my brother-in-law, and the experience exceeded expectations. Mike, Butch, and, the team went above and beyond to accommodate me, even though they were fully booked. They managed to squeeze me in and complete the work quicky. What really stood out was their level of care—they not only fixed the immediate issue but also provided me with a list of other maintenance tasks to keep an eye on and explain when I'll need to do them. I've never had a shop look out for me like this before as im always cautious. If you're looking for trustworthy and thorough service, this is the place to go!

BEST SERVICE I HAVE GOTTEN THUS FAR. Butch abd his team were very polite, informative and kept me updated while i waited for my repair to be done. They work fast and i feel safe bringing my vehicles to this shop. 1000/10 highly recomended

We've used this shop a few times now for various things on 3 different vehicles, from minor to major repairs. They can get busy, but the quality of work, prices, and level of service is worth a little extra wait sometimes. We never feel swindled or taken advantage of and the repairs have always been done right, no shortcuts. (SEE UPDATE BELOW)
Edit: unfortunately we no longer use this shop. The last time we did, we tried to take a vehicle in the morning we were told to, and when we called to say we were on our way, we were told we were supposed to drop it off at 8:30 am (which had not been mentioned earlier to my night shift working bf) and we would have to wait. A day or two later when we got it to the shop, it then sat until someone could “get to it”. We are a one car family right now and it put us in a bind to have our repair treated so casually. The number of people reviewing and saying they have a quick turnaround or get a call right back makes it feel like everything we (patiently) waited on was really just discrimination.
I use to recommend this shop to everyone, even despite being made to wait (which I thought at the time was due to demand). I originally thought I had found the hidden gem of great service in the Midwest, but, well, here we are. So disappointing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!. Not only did they(Butch and Mike) do a great job fixing my truck, but their patience with customer service is excellent. They really work with you and try to get you the best deal on anything they can offer. I do really appreciate everything they've done for me.

Recently had to take my car for a transmission issue. They started my car on Thursday, and had it done Friday. I have always waited at least a week everywhere else I've ever taken my vehicle. I had the pleasure of speaking with Butch and Mike who were extremely professional. They did NOT try to sell me stuff I don't want or need. They didn't treat me as if I were below them simply because I don't know too much about cars. They were very helpful and got my car repaired and running better than before! I recommend 10/10 service and no garbage or old parts left in my car after I picked it up, unlike some other popular places people take their vehicle to and waste time and money. Give them a call, get your car in and have it taken care of by professionals!

I accidentally snapped my bumper lip off onto a parking stopper. Mike was kind enough to take a look and place back on at no charge. Will be more cautious going forward and thank you so much!
