When I first started working out here it was great. I even signed up for PT from the get go because I was very impressed by the facility and the staff. However once my trainer moved away and I already had prepaid PT sessions, they were going to have a new trainer contact me to set something up. No one ever got ahold of me. I reached out twice, they finally found someone to train with me but couldn’t get times within my schedule. I ended up moving but since I moved less than 25 miles away they wouldn’t let me cancel my membership and suggested I go to another crunch that was still out of my way. I had initially had paid for my trainer weekly but at the end I changed it to charge monthly. I was NOT informed at that time that there was price commitment. I was only changing to monthly because when i would pay for the next week of sessions at the end of the week and my PT suggested I could change it to a monthly charge. When I went to cancel after I moved is when I was informed I had to pay for a months worth of PT to cancel. I could not afford $300+ at that time so they said they would freeze my account. Today I had $1,080 deducted from my account from crunch for PT I was never aware of the commitment nor was I informed a contract was signed and sent to me. I only was aware I was signing to authorize the monthly payment when I switched to monthly instead of weekly. Even if I did sign a contract that I can’t go back on even if it wasn’t explained, I don’t understand why I’m being charged AGAIN after already filling the first commitment of a 3 month charge and now I have to pay in one large payment. No one at the club seems interested in even trying to explain it to me.

Well maintained, clean gym. The equipment is fantastic and the general manager, assistant manager and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Best gym downriver in my opinion.

I go to the gym every morning, even when I don't feel like it. Fortunately, Tamari is always friendly and welcoming at the gym counter. Having been to numerous gyms, I've encountered staff ranging from friendly to downright rude, clearly only there for the money. Their attitude can really impact my workout experience. That's why I appreciate Tamari's exceptional service and willingness to assist. I’ll definitely recommend everyone I know to join this gym !

Phenomenal people! I feel blessed to have the chance to meet them. They helped me sort out my membership and were very compassionate, personable and knowledgeable. The gym is big, there’s plenty of machines, saunas, amazing massage chairs and it’s clean. They also offer classes. The front staff are always nice and helpful as well. If you haven’t checked them out you definitely should!

I absolutely love Crunch Fitness in Taylor! The gym is consistently clean, well-maintained, and has a wide variety of machines, so I rarely have to wait, even during peak hours. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
One unique aspect that adds to the gym's charm is the new general manager, who brings a refreshing, intriguing energy to the place. There’s a bit of mystery surrounding them that makes the gym experience even more enjoyable. I appreciate the dedication they clearly put into maintaining a top-notch environment for members.
Overall, it’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals in a clean, motivating, and exciting space. Highly recommended!
