Walked in looking to restore my services. Terrible customer service. Barely any effort put in to assist me with returning to them. Going to stick with my current cell phone provider. Walked out still as a non customer. They definitely need to train their employees on what customer service means.

I went to this cricket store yesterday. Dion was the rep. who took care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various phones & service plans that were available. I upgraded my old Android phone with the new Dream 5G phone. As a matter -of-fact, because of the prompt service provided, I decided to have a second phone line installed on my old cricket Android phone. Dion was very professional, courteous, and fast. The complete process took me about 40 minutes with him setting up the new phone, transferring all my contacts, setups in general. I highly recommend this store and would not hesitate to go back to Dion's Cricket store again.
