Whatever you do stay far away from this Bank they will put blocks on your account so you can't pay your bills and then try to tell you they don't understand why then you call corporate and they do not do anything to fix the problem they just come back with the same excuses we do not know why then when you tell them I'm going to get a different bank account they do nothing to try to keep your business

Went here to cash my payroll check that came from a citizens bank. They told me they don't have money to cash checks because they're in a Kroger, that all they could do was open a bank account for me and put my money on a debit card. I already have a bank account and they were closed, so I came to the bank where the check was issued and they're supposed to cash their own checks. But Like i said I was told no. So I went home and deposited my check in my bofa app and have to wait til Monday to access my money because it's the weekend and the banks are closed. Just be aware if you come here, they can't help you unless your a bank member.
