Tried using this store last night at 12:30 a.m., 9/22/24. Couldn't get in the parking lot. The entire lot was being used as a car meet-up and corn hole games set up at the fuel pumps. 7-11 for now on.

Need to quit forcing self checkouts this is the second time I went in and they tried to force self check outs unacceptable guess I will never come back

Rude as ****. All because they want you to use the self checkout lane and have an attitude. A kid was getting yelled at in front of me and I had fingers snapped at me to look up to pay cash. Will not be back to this location

Almost always have to ask someone to grab product. Cause the coolers are usually empty. Their slushy machines are usually dirty and most the time, not working. If it wasn't for a few of the awesome workers their. It would be less stars.

The old lady that works night shift is very rude and hostile for no reason. She’s gets an attitude anytime you ask her a question.

The woman who works nights is very rude. Don't even try asking her for help with the self check out or finding an item she will bite your head off. If you hate your job so much quit, don't take it out on your customers. I've had multiple interactions with her and try to kill her with kindness but she continues to be rude.

I usually never go to circle k but I decided to do I could get gas and something to drink I take my items up to the self check out and I’m the only one there other than 1 employee and I ring myself out and I’m about to pay and the old lady employee comes over says I’m making too many beeping sounds with the machine and grabs my stuff from me , deletes my transaction and puts it on the scale which is the same as scanning them and says in a rude tone “ you don’t even know how to work the machine ugh” and walks away. she’s lucky I’m trying to find god imma pray for her.

If I could give this store a zero I would. Christmas night, me and my family went into this Circle K to get Slurpees. Right away, the worker who was supposed to be behind the counter was outside smoking a cigarette eating food. We decided just to go to the self check out because obviously she wasn't doing her job. Another customer comes in to buy gas, and right away the worker starts yelling at this younger girl. I'm very confused because she did nothing wrong, she was just waiting at the counter for the worker to check her out FOR GAS. The lady starts yelling at her telling her to use the kiosk. She figures it out and leaves. Then me and my brothers go to the self check out and start checking ourselves out. The lady pops her head in again and starts yelling at us for who knows what. I really think this worker was on crack or some thing. She's short, has glasses, middle aged, women. Me and my family do this as a tradition every Christmas. We will not be coming back to this Circle K !!! Her behavior was unacceptable and I cannot believe this company would hire someone like this, especially at Christmas time. The 7/11 down the street treated us amazing after this experience:)
