I have really love this bank and Chase over all. They have always been very helpful and friendly especially with some of my transactions which dealing with the amount of money I was getting in from an inheritance and buying a home which made me very anxious. This is the thing though and it is so simple but just causes having in getting to your money and that is the debit card which I have lost. The bank I dealt with before Chase I could just walk into the branch and get a new card on the spot without waiting the 5-7 days I am told on line it will take to get my new card. It did not even give me a option to pay more to get it sent expedited which I would gladly pay to get it sooner so I could get things switched over that are being automatically with drawn from my account. This card is my life line for gas groceries ect...it is disappointing that a bank this large would not have something like this. May have to rethink banks on just this situation. Sad because I am really happy with them except this one thing...

Call ahead if you need any services to make sure a banker is available. We had to go to 2 banks to get things taken care of.

Worst customer service by zeina elhourani she has so much attitude and does not want to help customers. Waited 1 month and still no debit card. Cancels appointment without customer approval. She is backed by clue less branch manager brandy barron. Save your self time and furstation avoid dealing with them or go to another bank !! Pathetic customer service.

As someone who does large withdrawals on a regular basis for the business I work at, I have been to many different Chase locations and I have to say this one is the best. Everyone here is extremely kind, helpful and patient. When I have to go to the bank I no longer find it dreadful, and that’s saying a lot as it use to be the worst part of my day until I started visiting this location! Bank visits that use to take me 45 minutes to over an hour sometimes now only that 10-20 minutes at the longest! I love this location and all of the kind people that work here ❤️

So much red tape to open an account.I showed up around 4pm on a week day and the employee tells me whomever can help me left for the day and I shall schedule an appointment which I did.I showed up the following day and the same employee from the previous day is the one assigned to open my account (we could've done this that day).After awhile and after having the account opened and set up, the system tells her that they couldn't verify all my info and that I needed to provide a copy of a billing statement with my address (I already provided my driver's licenses with my address and I even asked her the previous day what paperwork I will need and that one was never mentioned). All of this just to be able to access my online account.I proposed to have my billing statement from my phone be either pictured, printed, or even shared by email. They said no that it had to be printed so they can make a copy (almost as if this were a government office), and this would have to also be scheduled (not even just a drop off).I showed up when the branch opens and she was she to be in the building and she would be there later.I went back and she tells me the system is down. She tells me she will be back, to what she leaves to wait a long time until I realized she went back to the drive thru to help other customers.She finally tells me a need to make another appointment. I asked her to keep the letter as I don't need it.This has been a humongous waste of time and stress.It's unbelievable that such a big bank has it make it so difficult to open just a plain simple personal checking account. I really did for a bonus, but if I needed it just to use it, I will not even bother. I can't imagine the hassle I would go through it I wanted to open a business account, a new mortgage, or even make a bill payment. I don't recommend this bank as a whole.

I went into the branch to get a document notarized and initially im told I need an appointment. But the notary is not busy. After a few moments of looking at my document she tells me she can't notarize the document. The document requires her to verify my identity like most documents that require a notary. Complete B.S.

The lines are usually long at the ATM, but they usually all work. Today I used the drive up window for change and was in and out. And the staff was very friendly.I didn't check to see if the inside was open, I assumed it was not.
