Personally I know they don't respect their customers. Price gouging the package clearly says 2.49 he's charging 2.64. and his pumps start at .04 before you hear to start.

Just letting you know I was a paying customer, and you're bias Behavior will stop a lot of other people from patronizing your shop. We the People are secure, and we don't like totalitarians like yourself. I would never go in here if I was a free thinking American!

I would have given NO STARS or a negative however 1star was the lowest rating you could give. Coming into the gas station I witnessed the cashier ( who was later identified as the manager) talk to a customer in such a demeaning way. From my understanding, the customer sent her children into the store to purchase some chips and was charged $2.08. When She went in to clarifying the total on her receipt and the price of the chips, he stated " that the price was listed on the bag," she showed him it wasn't, then he said to her "that a Kindergartner could add $1.49 plus $.59 and that it was common sense." She tried to explain she had no way of knowing what the individual cost of the chips were which was why she came back into the station. I couldn't believe it and how he insulted her intelligence, I was insulted for her. She asked him "are you trying to insult me, this was just a misunderstanding." He went on to tell her " she should not have sent her children in and got out her self!" She kept telling him it was a misunderstanding and he kept yelling at her and to make matters worse this was all this in front of her children. He yelled for to get out and she was yelling you don't have to talk to customers this way! They then got in to a shouting match. I decided to not patronize the gas station. Instead, I call the BP Gas Station and asked to speak to a manager to file a complaint myself regarding how the cashier handled and talk to this young lady. I asked for the manager and the gentleman identified hisself as the manager and the cashier who handle the young lady. I went on to tell him that I intended to patronize his business but felt very offended by how he talked to that young lady and wanted to file a former complaint. He then told me if I didn't want to come in to the store then don't come. I told him I'm not trying to be offensive, I just wanted to know why you treat your customers with such disrespect? Why not display courtesy and respectful customer service? He then said to me if you don't want to come in then don't and to mind my own business!" I couldn't believe this was coming from the manager of a public establishment towards a potential customer who express concern. I would advise potential customers to not patronize this business. If this is how you are treated especially by the Manager this is totally unacceptable!!!! Do Not Buy From Here!!!! Update: Filed a formal complaint with BP Corporate offices and the actual Owners of this establishment.
