Had a horrible experience at the Monroe store, went to Taylor for help and got all set up. Dalton spent time to get both of our phones set up. We truly appreciated his help and had a nice time while in the store.

Just bought a new phone from Rocky am amazing salesman really nice took his time and should me how to use my phone didn't rush me out, he wasn't there just to sell a phone he cares about his customers not to many of these kind of people going around....

Staff was amazing! Store needs updated, floor is tripping hazard. But, again staff goes above and beyond. Makes you feel very comfortable. And its worth the wait in line :)

This is the worst place to go to these people don’t know nothing liars and scammers the guy there messed up my phone they are very rude don’t know how to deal with customers I’m not gonna go there anymore I don’t recommend this place at all ???? also I wish if I can give them 10 minus not even one star
