“Very good. Friendly staff. The guy that first started my return was nice and extremely thorough. I had a complicated return. The woman that took it over the next day was sweet and tried very hard to make sure she did everything she could to get it completed. However i got stuck waiting on another form to come in the mail. Regardless the return other than 1 document is done and they both worked very hard for me. I would highly recommend them. They we're also very clean and used all covid precautions. I will continue to use this H&R Block. Thank you to all of you.”

“I was referred here for work by a great friend and I couldn't be more happy! This is the BEST boss I've ever had and no, he doesn't fire people for no reason. He actually goes above and beyond to help his employees with whatever they need. I have never had a boss do as much as Jason does for his employees......ever! The team here is revamped and amazing, we welcome you with smiles, take care of your needs and get your returns done in record time. I know this, because I work here! This staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and flexible! As far as negative reviews, would clients keep coming back here despite ex-employees that quit contacting them and trying to poach their business??? They're staying with Downriver Income Tax because we build relationships here and provide excellent customer service and turn-around. Now, you may be saying, she's biased, obviously I work here.... but if I didn't feel the need to set that record straight, I could've left these reviews alone. A couple negative reviews possibly posted by someone with another bias, doesn't reflect the satisfaction of thousands of happy clients that have been with us for years. Trust this review and those that have great experiences here, we are a very positive group of people that want to provide great business!”
