I originally put 5 stars cause the furniture was nice but they took like a month longer to deliver then we were originally told then I got the goof proof 5 year plan waste of money my glider started like grinding no damage was done to it and I was never warned you only have a month to report it I get busy sometimes and now they won't fix my furniture that broke less than a year of having it!

I had another great experience at Bob's Discount Furniture yesterday. I was greeted by my salesperson, Nick, and he let me pick out my new chairs. It was an easy and very pleasant experience!

Cecilia from the Taylor location helped us purchase a new sectional and floor lamp. She was patient with us as we made sure the purchase we wanted to make was the right one. She listened to our wants and gave us options by putting things together to help us see our vision. The process was hassle free and quick and we appreciate that!
