Wandered around 20 minutes looking to buy 6 portable blue tooth speakers as gifts. Plenty of sales people on the floor (5+), not one approached me. After another few minutes I went to Target and got the 6 presents.

The employees I encountered were polite and offered to help me if I needed it. No complaints there. But they're not stocked very well. The TV display is sad-looking, and they'reout of A LOT of things. You should definitely check their stock online, or call first, before heading there so you don't waste a trip like I did.

Staff were so helpful directing me just to what I needed and didn't give me a hard time even though I was that person who came in less than 5 minutes to close. Appreciate them a lot!

I’m sure everyone like me is sad that Best Buy’s are going away. This one is still from their glory days - bigger than most with a huge beautiful glass ceiling - they were selling items I didn’t know Best Buy sold. I drove an hour away because there were only ones that had a laptop I wanted in stock

Popped in to grab a USB hard drive enclosure that the website said was in stock.. what a mess. It took forever to get any help There are dozens of people working but they all seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. The ones who will talk don't know where anything is located. A big area of the sales floor blocked off for employees only. There are more empty shelves than there are products. I guess next time I'll just order what I need on Amazon

Do not buy screen protectors for your phone here. I paid $40 and was told they guaranteed it for a lifetime. False! And they installed it wrong. When I took it back to get it replaced both managers said they don't sell that one there anymore so they could not replace it. I was advised to contact the company for a replacement. It was not the companies fault that they installed it wrong causing it to fail. They did not care to make it right. No stars for you! ?
