Posting for my husband. Took a vehicle in, that his mother would be driving (of which he expressed to them). Needed tires for sure and checked for any issues. 4 tires, throttle body, belts, battery and oil change (think that's it) out within 36hrs(?), having to order 30yr old throttle body for 1.3k. I think that's pretty fair and fast. So ty Belle, whoever was there today 10-30-24

They won't fix a tire! They have these new rules for a nail. If it's on the outside tread they won't fix it. They want you to buy a new tire. It is, and was fixed by another shop. They are afraid of Liability. This was the third tire shop to turn me down.

Yeah nobody go here I had one of those covers on the back of my truck. I went there for new tires and they broke the cover I had just bought, So me reading the comments, it seem like they are being used by other spirits. Don’t nobody go here no more.

9/4/24 went in to get a tire plug early am older gentleman tells me it's going to be about 3 hours call me tells me he can't plug it that belt in the tire are broken that I would need a new tire couldn't afford one they never took the tire off just told me it had a not in it went to another tire shop no broken belt I'll be seeing the manager tmw morning the could have plugged it

On May 1st I had my neighbor steal my pixel Pro 7 Phone as I was supposed to turn it in on the phone I got today before which was a pixel Pro. 8. My neighbor came over to visit and when she left the phone was gone with the locator turned off as had noticed it at 6:00 in the morning so I've been trying to locate it for 2 days. On the 3rd I go over to her boyfriend's house To pick up the phone and she calls the police and says I tried to attack her with my cane as I can barely walk so I get arrested. They released me on Monday. Drop the charges. I leave the Taylor Police station. I walked out of Belle tire. I've always gone there when I had a vehicle gave the guy some cash. He drove me straight home so I didn't have to wait for a ride or pay for an Uber. They are very nice, very kind and courteous and I couldn't have been home without them, God bless them all and their families

Typical belle tire. They make up stuff that is according to them. Wrong with your vehicle. But, that's anywhere anymore. Staff was still amazing. 4 star cause of the fake problem list.

They always go above and beyond, great guys, great service. I went in on Monday got 4 new tires, balanced in 1 hour. Couldn't be more happy.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Pulled in with my tire leaking air. There is a clear puncture wound. It's Saturday afternoon at 415. I walk in with my 2 year old and my best friend. Ask if they can help and am told no, can it wait till Monday? There's one mechanic and he's on a jib. Meanwhile there's a man wearing a belle tire shirt on couch and the guy at the counter, so no one can help? Even a plug? Left us in awkward silence. Southgate belle tire also told me no with same excuse. I highly recommend Discount tire. They fit me in,and stayed after to finish. Ended up needing new tires so I bought all four. I've been a belle tire customer for 20 years and never ever again.
