This is THEE absolute worst company! If you have the displeasure of this company towing your vehicle, especially in a wreck, be prepared to pay THOUSANDS of dollars and or lose your vehicle. Do not ever use them!! I only have them a 1 star since I couldn't give them no stars! Terrible terrible company!

The driver was very kind and arrived within 15 minutes. Everyone at the towing site were very helpful. The process was stressful, but the way it was handled made it stress free!

They are stupid there! They conspired with the police to steal and hold my moped (my private property) against my consent which is receiving and stealing stolen property ( a crime) in which a filed criminal charges on the manager there for it. And they tried to charge me $480 something dollars for the first day of having my moped which is way too much and violates the excessive fine ban of the cruel and unusual punishments causes of the Michigan and Federal Constitutions. They didn't get a penny from me. They're going to pay me for violating my Constitution right to have my property.

First off I couldn't even get my car out of there cuz I had no insurance, so I had to get insurance and then on top of it my brand new cars engine blows like 3 days after getting it out, now I've had my car towed by other places but nothing like this happened to it

If I could leave a negative star we sat in the waiting room for 45 mins for them to tell us to get bent My father was hit by another driver and totaled the vehicle so the city of Taylor hired area towing to tow the vehicle to there yard we go up there to get his belongings from the vehicle including his very expensive tool boxes off the truck they would not let us remove anything from that was fastened to the vehicle and my father is handicap he can't physically get the stuff out and refused to let me help him get his belongings and they wanted 750$ to release a totaled vehicle that we don't want extremely rude people and do not have any care for anybody but themselves total scam they have quite a racket goin there

So state police pulled me over and had area towing pick it up when I pick it up a week later my car started over heating I go look I had a hole and started leaking from under the engine workers talk crazy to you over the phone they charged me $1,036 very crooked company and state police are with them the worst experience ever to deal withService: Special vehicle towing
