Dr. Wein refused to refer me to a neurologist for over a year despite having several seizures in that time. He also wouldn't refer me to an ENT when I asked and told me to take a medication for my symptoms. Finally went into the ER because my symptoms got way worse. Went to an ENT that I was referred to from the ER, and I was told that the medication Dr. Wein prescribed can make the symptoms of the disorder I have worse if taken too often. He literally told me to take this medication 3 times a day for 2 weeks because "taking a heavy regimen of it can make these issues go away." He has no clue what he's doing and is extremely arrogant. When I told him that I felt like I was falling apart and needed to get this sorted, he replied with how I'm young and I'm fine. I stopped going to this clinic being less healthy than when I started going as a direct result of his care.
Don't get me started on the rude staff and how they rarely answer the phone or call back. Also, the exorbitant amount of issues and delays in treatment I had because they billed my insurance incorrectly or failed to even request approval for some things, causing me to have to reschedule appointments.

Terrible office. Makes you wait hours to see someone who hasnt read your chart and doesnt care about your issues. Staff yells at children and attempted to refuse letting me pay a bill when i walked out after years of their abuse. If you have army documents they will attempt to keep them and refused to make copies of my shot records instead telling me for over 20 years i just dont have shots done.

Fantastic Staff !!! A few long waits here and there, but never extremely long.

place has been slowly going downhill, front staff is rude, and flat out lied to me.

Absolutely horrible place. The new staff at the front desk are rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Dr Wein is a narcissist and is rarely available. They will keep you waiting for hours for an appointment. I left there and couldn't be happier with my new Dr and office. So good. Fast and nice. They actually care.

I love Allenwood family heath care i been going to they for long long time I see Mallory Reed cause I see her when I am sick and for my medicine and the staff are really nice to know and it clean and organized too and u get they and check in and few minutes later u get call back to see the doctor or nurse practitioners

I have been going to this office for over 15 years usually see one of the Np's occasionally see Dr Wein . I would go no where else as I feel I have always been treated well and can almost always get an appointment asap when truly needed.

Dr. Wein is a narcissist with a Napoleonic complex and his bedside manner is absolutely terrible; although he treated me with all due respect (I would not have accepted any less) I often overheard him berating fellow patients within my earshot and I lost more respect for him each time and I began to avoid seeing Wein and instead I saw any of the other clinicians at Allenwood.Despite his troubling personality issues, I continued to get my primary care at Allenwood because I was convinced to allow Allenwood to act as a surrogate specialist for my GI issues and other conditions that should have been monitored by specialists for and I became dependent on Allenwood to oversee these conditions and I would have had to find several doctors who could provide my specialty care in addition to my primary care and this made things complicated.I decided that it was acceptable to just avoid Dr Wein (and his abusive treatment of many of the patients at Allenwood) by seeing the other clinicians there and that worked out well until Dr Wein apparently got offended at my avoidance of him and he decided to drop me as a patient with no warning whatsoever and despite lodging several official complaints against him, there was nothing that I could do.What followed was a nightmare trying to seek out an entire new team of doctors and it took long enough that it had a significant negative impact on my health.I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I did, nor should anyone have to tolerate his berating tirades or his wrathful revenge for avoiding him.

I love Dr. Wein and Mallory at Allenwood. There both wonderful doctors. They really listen to your needs. The staff is great as well. The wait times can be long sometimes but worth it.

Absolutely pathetic they don't return phone calls.Today is a full 2 weeks without a return call or any kind of communication for an appointment. Even if you are not taking new patients a return call "USED" to be important to civilized human beings but I guess this is the new normal where blue collar workers are treated like we are less than useless.

Cannot get through to them ever. The receptionist is sooo rude in the portal and when finally get them on the phone I can't speak a word because she is yelling. Said she cannot help me that mallory will get the message when she gets the message. I've been going there ten years and I have never once missed a refill Because I send request days before. They just dont get to malloty on time. Then she proceeds to tell me mallory's gone for the day. I'm switching Dr offices now

Always a hassle trying to reach someone no matter what time you call and takes forever to get back to you. Usually have to spend a week or longer getting info you need now. Not everyone has a job where they can just sit around with their phone in hand for days waiting on a call back.If you miss their call they wont try you again but will tell you to call them back instead do you end up repeating the whole process again. The doctors are good but the service you get from the office us lousy!

Will you have a long wait? Probably. That's because they take their time, listen to your concerns, and explain things. It's worth the wait for quality health care. They give referrals to specialists when needed, too.

i missed 1 appointment cause im a single father i have very little time between work and downtime for me and my son. sinced i missed 1 appointment now they just keep putting me on hold... wow my son needs his final check up and they wont ever answer there phones
