Y’all I used my free slushie coupon from T-Mobile Tuesdays at the 7-11 and the clerk was so rude! He tried to treat me like a thief because I wanted a free slushie! I let him ring me up then I pulled up the bar code. He did not scan it and instead typed some code in. Then asked me to pay. I said it’s free. I looked at the bill and it said 0.00. So I told my daughter to scan hers. He starts yelling at me saying I need to pay. I said no sir it’s free you might need to scan the bar code. He refused then typed a code in for my daughter’s. Then he was still like you have to pay. I said I’m not paying it’s free. So then up steps my son. He yells at me that he has to ring them up separately. I said that’s fine. Why don’t you try scanning the bar code but anywho it’s still taking the money off and it says $0.00. Another clerk steps up and says yea it’s free. No apology, nothing! I said you really need to not have an attitude and yell at your customers. He said Ok all rude. I want an apology! And to think businesses partner with T-Mobile to get more traffic from customers who wouldn’t otherwise shop there! I will no longer be shopping at that 7-11. Do not patronize that 7-11 at 14850 Telegraph Rd. Taylor, MI 48180 if you like being treated with respect!

Very dirty. I’ve been there twice and each time I had to argue to get them to charge the correct price. Didn’t understand what I was saying ?♂️.

Awful sanitation practices. Sticky counters,sticky dirty floors,and most of the slurpee flavors did not work.Lids for the sodas did not fit the cups either

Update: This link 7/11 keeps sharing in their replies is blocked and deactivated by bit.ly. It is not a place I can access to send comments as they've requested. It says it is a "suspended account."
Trying to contact owner about a return, no answer or answering service on the phone number. Two products unusable, plus a diet soda that is definitely not diet. Would like to return the two expired items as they were very pricey.

The employees are always rude just stopped in on my way homes the cashier has an entire phone conversation while ignoring me. This location is always dirty this is why I don’t frequent this location. Cooperate should yank your franchise

Update: Recently ordered late June 11th... I wanted to make a point to give compliments to accuracy of my order 100% this time! Everything was Fresh according to date & temp etc... I ordered chips, dip, candy and ice cream! PREV: On more than 1 occasion I have placed a order through DoorDash only to not get the item I ordered!?

Worthless worker. Needed propane exchange clerk too lazy to go outside and unlock the cage. Instead told us the tanks were all empty. Even though they were all safety capped and full. Worked out for us they were charging 27.99 went down the street and paid 19.99. Advice if you don’t like your job get a new one, this is America.

Shame on the you! My granddaughter is only 4 years old and proudly potty trained and starting preschool on Monday. She had to use the bathroom so I stopped at this 7-Eleven on Thursday. I walked in with her yelling"I gotta potty" I asked the young man behind the counter where the restroom was located and he stated " the bathroom is for employees only"! I'm like she's 4 years old, are you serious? He goes into the back room and returns stating the manager said No, Employees Only! I couldn't believe they were serious and that cruel! I told my grandbaby we'll find someplace else to go, just try to hold it....she peed on herself and started crying...she was so humiliated...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

This 711 literally NEVER has more than 1 or maybe 2 slurpee flavors ready. They're always broken or pure liquid. These machines need fixing and better maintenance.
