This place charges deposit on beverages but will not take a returnable can even if you bought it there. Even though by law they have to.

Last time I was in there which was not too long ago the Indian guy sunny told me they didn't have any big pizza boxes to put the I pizza ordered in. I ordered the whole big pizza and really needed the box. So since they didn't have the big box he had to put two pizza slices on top of each other in a little box which caused it to be all messed up as the cheese was sticking to each other and was a mess as he put all the tops on each other. Also he never answers the phone. This is the the Second time i tried to call the 7/11 they're at van born and Monroe streets in Taylor City Michigan. The second time was tonight about 3 minutes before 12:00 at night I'm 10-12-23 but again I didn't get an answer. Very unprofessional. The reason why I was trying to call was to see if they have the big pizza boxes because I want to get a pizza tonight but don't want to waste my time and go there if they don't have the big boxes for it

This is one of the best 7-Elevens! The owner is so kind and always takes care of all the customers, especially of all the kids who come into the store. Always a fully stocked store, super clean, and well organized as well! Also they always have fresh food and good snacks ready to go when I come into the store.

This store is HORRIBLE... do not shop there manager is rude and unprofessional to the customers. She doesn't need to represent 7- eleven name brand, she have BAD customer SERVICE!!. She rushes you to get what you are trying to buy for NO REASON. smh Also... she's also prejudice. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!CALL the HEAD BOSS that's in charge of the company. She claim she's the manager and she OWN the store. She was also working with an PINK eye around the food, employees and customers(contagious) THAT'S NOT professional at ALL!

I went to this store yesterday and had the worst experience of my life. I was gonna buy 4 natural light beers on sale 2 for 2.67 and a big thing of gum for 5.dollars and change. She charges me 16. Dollars, so I asked her why it was so much and she continued to ignore me and went on to serving 5 customers behind me. So I asked her what's going on and why she expected me to wait for a employee to return to fix her mistake. Then I pull out change to make sure I was correct, she throws a tantrum and throw me out of store. So then I proceed to 6 eleven on pelham and van Born. My cost for these items is 10. And some change. So please beCautious about you cash at this store. I am 55 years old and this is a 1st time ever having a awful embarrassment by your employee. I am not stupid either. Your employee needs help if she can not think straight under pressue.i or my family will never spend cash or get gas at your store Ever Again

I got gas yesterday at their pump and I pressed for regular gas at $3.37 while I was pumping I realized that it was pumping at $4.37 a gallon at the supreme price. By this time I had reached$13.37 so I started pumping add a different pump. After pumping at the second pump I went into the store to let them know that the pump at number 7 was pumping supreme only in that you should put a sign up for people who do not want to pay supreme prices. I talked to the summit at the beginning and then the woman came from the back and said go sit down and let me talk to her the lady started accusing me of pressing the wrong button and I told her I can't believe you're accusing me all I asked him to do was put a sign up and she told me that nobody else has made complaints so that I needed to leave her store. I told her I said you are very rude all I was asking was just a put a sign up and you had to go there and argue with me. I told her I will never use the store again being that you are so rude and she told me to get out of her story that she was going to call the police on me and I said I should be calling the police on you you're the one robbing people when I'm clearly telling you to just put a sign up to notify them that this pump only has supreme gas at this time. I'm going to go further . I feel that this gas station should be boycotted for ignorant and rude behaviour from a store owner. Please use the gas station across the street because that's what she told me use the gas station across the street and don't come back to my gas station. I told her I will gladly do that plus I feel that this gas station needs to be reported to the news and they don't deserve to have paying customers. There are too many gas stations with better customer service and cleaner stores so yes I will continue to go elsewhere I will never enter the store again.

I have been meaning to contact management in regards to the woman who works the midnight shift! This woman has held entire conversations with me over a 2- 3 year span! Approximately 4 days ago, I was waiting in line to purchase cigarettes. The gentleman in front of me purchased cigarettes and was not carded! I then purchased a pack of cigarettes like I have plenty of times before, sometimes without being carded! The clerk asked for my identification which I didn’t have in possession! The issue was that she didn’t card the gentleman before me who happened to be white! I had to ask her about her Indiscretion, which she replied oh he is a regular! I immediately reminded her that she has held whole conversations with me and I have lived in this neighborhood for three years now! I asked for her supervisor and it was only then that she asked did she do something wrong! This whole incident made me uncomfortable!

If I could give 0 stars I would this store accused us of stealing and wouldn’t listen to reason she started yelling at us when we were trying to have an adult conversation 0-10 wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Such a garbage pit of a store and terrible, terrible service. I stopped in at 4:45am, it being my first day on a morning shift. I grabbed a coffee from the wasteland of a coffee island and also an energy drink from the cooler. After waiting alone in the store while the single employee attended to an oven behind the counter, I finally was scanned but the tap reader wasn't working and the employee told me I'd have to insert and then scan my card. Too much. I walked.

Was just told that I can't get gas because I didn't have anything smaller than a 20 dollar bill!!! I normally don't do the whole review thing but this is a joke!!! You don't have 10 dollars in change at 7-11!?!? Seriously!?!? And then she was EXTREMELY hateful about the entire situation!! I'll never stop here again!!
