I went in and gave the cashier 11 for gas on number 6 she said I gave 6 dollars when it was 11 and when you walk in they don’t show no respect or smile at you I would love to know who the store owner is I would never again pay cash for gas again..I went back today to talk to the owner about this problem and same lady that was there yesterday said that the owner didn’t come in until next Thursday how is that ,I know business owners come in a few days to check on the business this is bad I wish I knew who the owner is , investigate your worker

They do not take credit cards apparently only debit, but their cashiers can't communicate that, they tell you move to another pump. When you call for help they are too busy on their phones inside. Will not waste time there again! Go across the street for gas.

Clerk is stealing card #s..only place I used my card recently..thankfully charges were declined but even after canceling my card & ordering another the little Indian clerk is actively trying to commit fraud..I have 20+ declined 99-1.99 charges on my account in the past 4 days

This place charges deposit on beverages but will not take a returnable can even if you bought it there. Even though by law they have to.

Last time I was in there which was not too long ago the Indian guy sunny told me they didn't have any big pizza boxes to put the I pizza ordered in. I ordered the whole big pizza and really needed the box. So since they didn't have the big box he had to put two pizza slices on top of each other in a little box which caused it to be all messed up as the cheese was sticking to each other and was a mess as he put all the tops on each other. Also he never answers the phone. This is the the Second time i tried to call the 7/11 they're at van born and Monroe streets in Taylor City Michigan. The second time was tonight about 3 minutes before 12:00 at night I'm 10-12-23 but again I didn't get an answer. Very unprofessional. The reason why I was trying to call was to see if they have the big pizza boxes because I want to get a pizza tonight but don't want to waste my time and go there if they don't have the big boxes for it

This is one of the best 7-Elevens! The owner is so kind and always takes care of all the customers, especially of all the kids who come into the store. Always a fully stocked store, super clean, and well organized as well! Also they always have fresh food and good snacks ready to go when I come into the store.

This store is HORRIBLE... do not shop there manager is rude and unprofessional to the customers. She doesn't need to represent 7- eleven name brand, she have BAD customer SERVICE!!. She rushes you to get what you are trying to buy for NO REASON. smh Also... she's also prejudice. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!CALL the HEAD BOSS that's in charge of the company. She claim she's the manager and she OWN the store. She was also working with an PINK eye around the food, employees and customers(contagious) THAT'S NOT professional at ALL!
